So glad I didn't buy TP a few months ago! I haven't played it yet or Skyward Sword, but I'll pick up that one after I play TP. I know it's supposed to be darker than most Zelda games, so I'm looking forward to that--although I was surprised to be won over by wind waker hd--I loved how colorful and cute it was especially little Link; such a badass.

Re: Analysis: Assessing Why NX Needs to Take Over From Both the Wii U and 3DS

@yuwarite
Short answer, the reason why everyone is high on a hybrid system is because the Wii U is already a hybrid of sorts and rumors and company statements seem to point further development in this direction.
Potentially there is more money to be made for Nintendo in smart phone gaming. Already this trend has marginalized the market for the Wii U and 3ds. It makes a lot of sense for Nintendo to consolidate their home console with their handheld as one product and sell that to the gamers while putting their attention to making billions off of smart phones.

Re: Poll: What Did You Think of Nintendo's 2015?

If Nintendo was much more generous about releasing VC games, then 2015 would have been more tolerable. I hope they go all out on NX this year. I bought the Wii U so that I could play Nintendo software as well as the big third party releases--I don't want to have to buy multiple consoles.

Re: Microsoft Gets Cute About Possible Rare Replay Release On Wii U

If I were Reggie, I'd try to work this one out. To all the nay-sayers, did you really expect Minecraft to come to Nintendo a week ago--no, no you didn't. In fact if you told me a week ago that a Microsoft game was coming to Nintendo, I would have thought a collection of retro games would be a safer bet than a game like Minecraft.

Couldn't agree more. I'm concerned that Nintendo will abandon motion controls with their next console. Which would be a shame; I felt that golf on the wiiu was an incredible experience using the gamepad to line your shot and gauge your power, the problem was that EA didn't make a game using those features which would have been a big hit.

Ain't that the truth! In a perfect world we would have hd remixes of both. I was playing one of those games back in the day, and Macho Man Randy Savage made his entrance and all of a sudden he exploded into a cloud of pixels and this cloud hovered down the ramp into the center of the ring. The pixels rearranged themselves into the Macho Man just as the fireworks on the corners of the ring went off, and me and my friends, just f-ing lost it!
