@PinderSchloss I decided to try search for it again thinking about your questions, and actually I found it. Dungeons & Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal Sun. I remember it having the isometric mode and dungeon crawler mode. I Googled it and added waterfall to the search. First image was the one that haunted me for years.
There was a top down action adventure game I used to play on the Amiga, it was about time travel, but I've never been able to work it out what it was.
And there's a Sega Master System/Mega Drive game, fantasy RPG and the only memory I have is going through a waterfall with your party. It couldn't had been that good if that's all I remember, but I'd love to find it.

I'm thinking N64 style launch games 3d Mario (Mario 64) Metriod 4 (Turok/FPS) Some sort of licenced hybrid game (Shadows of Empire) Pilotwings Switch Waverace Switch
With New Mario Kart in the works and Gamecube games available.
So Sony bosses think their "core" players want to play CoD? Bit of a slap in the face, because their actual core players want quality single player narrative experiences...
It looks like it would run fine on a Switch, so started thinking maybe they will hold it for Switch 2, but then Atlus do make multi-generational releases.

Re: Rumour: 'Switch 2' Gamescom Demo Supposedly Had Zelda: BOTW Running At 4K 60FPS
I'm thinking, they'll beef up the hardware a bit, but it's the dock that gets the overhauling.
So the dock has its own components that take priority when docked.
Re: Poll: What Did You Think Of The Super Mario Bros. Wonder Direct Showcase?
I'm not interested in 2D Mario's anymore, so I don't intend to get this. I didn't watch the Direct either.
I do miss Mario 35 though...
Re: Talking Point: After Three Months, What's Your Zelda: TOTK Completion Percentage?
47.75% from 105 hours.
Getting to the boss was harder than the boss.
Re: Metal Gear Solid 2 And 3 Will Have Lower Frame Rates On Switch, Konami Confirms
I might just get MGS. It is the one I put most time into and it will be better portable than the PSP PSx version.
Love that game.
Re: Nintendo Switch System Update 16.1.0 Is Now Live, Here Are The Full Patch Notes
Going to get some horses and leave them in the Switch.

Re: Talking Point: After Three Months, What's Your Zelda: TOTK Completion Percentage?
I'm planning on beating the last boss next week.
I'm got a bunch of uninterrupted free time coming up, so planning on giving it my full attention. I'll be back next Tuesday.
Re: Pokémon Company's COO Addresses Issue Between Release Schedule And Game Quality
I generally liked the format of S and V and I like the direction this could go.
Pokemon wondering free, interacting with the environments, hanging out with trainers.
It obviously was a bit much for them, but it's a foundation to build on.
Re: Random: The Pokémon Center's Official Wiglett Plush Looks A Lot More NSFW Than We'd Imagined

Re: Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Loading Sequence Patent Filed By Nintendo
Thing is, if they don't some other will and probably use it against Nintendo.
World is all about money and greed.
Re: Take-Two CEO Defends Red Dead Redemption's $50 Price Tag, Says It's "Commercially Accurate"
I think I'd have more respect for these people if they were just honest.
"I like money!" is all he needs to say.
Re: Pokémon Stadium 2 And Pokémon Trading Card Game Available On NSO Today
Looking forward to TCG.
Re: Talking Point: Will You Pay $50 For Red Dead Redemption On Switch?
I know it's probably unlikely, is Multiplayer going to be available?
Re: Memory Pak: Secret Of Mana's Dazzling World Of Colour Opened My Eyes
The colours carried over to Secret of Mana 2 (we'll call it that).
And in most cases the music accompanied it great as well, I'm not a huge fan of the soundtrack either.
Re: Video: Let's Talk About Those Switch 2 Rumours, Then
What do we know about Switch 2?
Nothing!
Thanks for watching you lovely people.
Re: Talking Point: Which Nintendo IP Should 'Switch 2' Launch With?
I'm thinking N64 style launch games
3d Mario (Mario 64)
Metriod 4 (Turok/FPS)
Some sort of licenced hybrid game (Shadows of Empire)
Pilotwings Switch
Waverace Switch
With New Mario Kart in the works and Gamecube games available.
Re: Poll: Do You Think Switch Can Catch PS2's Total Sales Before 'Switch 2' Arrives?
I'm back on it!!! Switch Pro is coming!!!!! Enjoy second place PS2!!!!!!!!
Re: Nintendo Switch Has Now Sold Over 129 Million Units
Doesn't feel like it's going to topple DS or PS2.
Maybe if a Pro Version came along! But I'm finally going to accept it's not happening.
Re: Video: Our Video Producer Travelled Abroad And Spent... A Lot On Games
Felix is great, really like that guy.
Re: Poll: Have You Ordered Physical Switch Games That Came With The Cart Missing?
A long time ago, I got Diablo 2 for PC, back when you had disks for your PC games. Box was completely empty.
GAME gave me a replacement.
Re: Talking Point: How Do You Store Your Games Collection?
Book shelf, it's too small for my collection. I want one like the first image.
Re: It's "More Difficult Than Ever" To Collaborate With Nintendo, Claims Picross Developer Jupiter
The amount of trash on the eshop, you think Nintendo say Yes to most things.
Other than it being a collab, seems like more to this story?
Re: Soapbox: These Everyday Items Trigger Me Now, And I Blame Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom
I was the same after playing Mortal Kombat.
Re: Japanese Charts: Pikmin 4 Posts An Out Of This World Debut, Knocking Zelda From The Top Spot
Interesting figure is Nobunaga’s Ambition NSW vs PS4.
Are more people favouring portability over performance? I mean its not mega surprising in Japan.
Re: Nintendo Expands Switch Online's Game Boy Color Library With Two Zelda Classics
I only ever played Seasons, not sure why. I'll be playing Ages first.
Re: UK Charts: FIFA 23 Takes First Place Ahead Of Switch FC 24 Debut
30% on Switch? Fifa?
That's actually pretty good.
Re: Video: We Spread Some Love For The Sega Master System As Alex Shares His Childhood Games

Re: Call Of Duty On Switch Is Back On After Microsoft Wins FTC Court Case

If the questions were easy, I would had done better.
Re: Japan's Switch Sales In June Were Reportedly A Record High For The Console
Probably been the global leader on hardware sales for the last few months.
But yeah, this could hold back the successor.
Re: Talking Point: How Does Switch's Year 7 Compare To Previous Nintendo Consoles?
Thing is, Switch can still outsell the PS5/XBox. Did so globally during April/May.
Have to think is there any need for a new console, probably could go on an 8th year.
Re: Three New Game Boy Advance Posters Are Now Available From My Nintendo Store (Europe)
@JohnnyC is there some new Switch Missions? Got 100 points for playing the demo fo Two Point Campus yesterday.
Re: Three New Game Boy Advance Posters Are Now Available From My Nintendo Store (Europe)
I'm loving these, got the N64, Gameboy and now ordering these.
Wonder what SNES ones we'll get. Link to the Past must be there.
Re: Super Mario RPG Director Was "Very Surprised" By The Switch Remake Announcement

Must had been a mix up.
Xbox and PS are not competitors to the Switch.

Re: Vampire Survivors Finally Comes To Switch This August With Couch Co-op

Re: Nintendo Direct Showcase Confirmed For Tomorrow, 21st June
The rumour mill looks okay. I'm not sure there's anything I'm excited for right now... Metal Gear Collection would be nice.
Re: Sonic Fans Are Already Really Mad About Sonic Origins Plus

Zelda's too dark and gritty for Illumination... get John Carpenter to direct.
Re: Atlus Officially Confirms Persona 5 Tactica For Nintendo Switch
It looks like it would run fine on a Switch, so started thinking maybe they will hold it for Switch 2, but then Atlus do make multi-generational releases.
Must be waiting for a direct.
