Re: Crash Bandicoot Co-Creator Believes The Remakes "Botched" The Jump Mechanics

From my understanding of what I've seen from the jumping and all my experiences playing the originals. All they did was take the jumping from three in implemented it into one and two so that all three games would run on the same jumping engine. I can't blame them since that seems like it would be the easiest way to handle that but I also see where some people don't like it since the first two games weren't made for the jumping of three. Regardless I'm still able to complete the entire game with no problems I would even argue it's a bit easier to do the first game because of the jumping change.

Re: Nintendo And Pokémon File Lawsuit Against Palworld Developer Pocketpair

I doubt this is going to be seen by most of the people but to those finding it weird or ridiculous that they took this long it's actually a reasonable time frame considering they had to sit down with their lawyers and also come through everything of the game for what would infringe and what could be considered infringement. It also comes to the fact that if they would have did it within the first week it came out they would have had a relatively weak case and as such they should now have enough evidence of anything that they are trying to sue their grounds upon. As some people have said this is a patent not copyright so in this case it could be some of the programming within the game and not just because of something that could lead to Pokemon itself it could be any kind of possible data or management kind of patent that Nintendo or the Pokemon company have we will end up seeing what it is exactly as it gets started up but this could end up taking a long time.

@AdolBannings-Laylee first off I never said I didn't like their games do not make this assumption for me it's what I would consider rude in this aspect and yes I know companies are going for All digital but they are also doing physical at same time and digital isn't the problem the problem lies in the fact that they are saying that we don't own what we buy even digital in that they may just remove it from our library at any moment without us doing anything you may enjoy not owning anything you buy but some of us still do so do not make assumptions in this regard with me

Edit: you asked a question from someone else all I did was answer your question for you

@VoidofLight temtem was one of them I already forgot the name of the other it might happen yo-kai watch but I know yo-kai watch wasn't a clone but it was a big game at one point that was considered a competitor at the beginning.

My take on this is for now the Pokemon company doesn't find it as a real threat right now considering the other two major Pokemon clone games aren't really big anymore but other than that there's also the fact that depending on how this goes will also change how it will go on from what I have seen of different people quite a bit of people aren't too big on the survival or the base building aspects while some are but I have also heard that there are some clones of existing Pokemon designs in it but same time I've also heard that they have also changed some of those designs but I haven't played it yet so I'm not positive entirely.
On a side note I think the Pokemon company should put more attention to the quality game freak is giving for Pokemon.
