I mean, there's already Tropical Freeze, wouldn't it make more sense to make Odyssey 2 or a 3D platformer if you wanna go the DK route.

@BloodNinja you can skip the cutscenes, but for now I'll say I personally found them pretty brief and to the point. Also, the animation is very good, and reminiscent of early noughties CN shows like Samurai Jack.

The first 3 or so stages are a bit tutorialized to get you to learn the basics, but soon enough you'll be starting a level, choosing your upgrades and playstyle (among the unlockables you get for certain milestones) and off you go.

Also, you're free to explore the level as much as you want and engage (or otherwise) with the optional objectives, based on your completionism and interest.

Probably the best "pure" stealth game ever made, purely on the basis of how they handle feedback on the status of your character, the enemies, lights, sounds, etc..
It's a game where, when you lose, it's because you screwed up.

Yeah every mention of this game saddens me to no end, Uprising 2 would be one of my most wanted sequels but unfortunately I don't see it happening, like ever.

Pan-Pan is a tiny little puzzle adventure you can complete in one setting, with a very soothing, colorful presentation.
Nothing special, but if you're in the mood for something like that it's worth it at 80% off.

Can anyone recommend (or otherwise) Shelter Generations?
It always intrigued me but I'm not sure.

This game has an incredibly fascinating development history, you can find a great Wha Happun episode on YT about it.

I really dislike this kind of crossovers, they kinda cheapen the characters they're using IMO.

Having real life footballers along Predator, Spiderman and Master Chief simply doesn't make any sense, there's no rhyme or reason as to how characters are selected outside of how much money they'll rake in.

This is what I really dislike about Fortnite, it's that it just doesn't have a personality or style, it's just a blender for all the most popular brands to be crammed in and slobbered onto unsuspecting children in the hope they'll take the bait.

You must be really brave, if you're making a best of guide and you're leaving out DQ IV&V (among the best in the series), yet you put in the travesty that is Sonic Chronicles.

I mean I always knew NL isn't the place for incredibly thought out deep dives cause you have different priorities as a site, but geez this really makes it hard to take you seriously to be honest.

Yeah, I'll line up with the others and say that demo was one of the worst things I've ever played.
Seriously, I just cannot fathom how an experienced team led by a veteran can be so out of touch as to release this travesty and think it's fine.

It kills me to see this as I've always loved 3D platformers and those are so rare these days...this game certainly ain't gonna help with the perception of 3D platformers in general, that's for sure.

But as you said, there was the PS4 version on sale for 2 years prior to the release of XI S, so that + digital sales might explain it.
Overall, I've read it has sold over 6 million copies worldwide, which is great!

Btw I'm really glad Pikmin 3 managed half a million in a few months, only physical, and just in Japan.
Surely that will mean Pikmin 4 one day?!

I'd really like to see SMT IV get somd love on Switch as well (and I would double dip).

But hey Atlus, before asking us what we want next why not deliver on SMT V, which has been 4 years in the making at this point?
