@BlatantlyHeroic No, they're giving customers what they payed for: amiibo are supposed to be used with games—that's their entire purpose (besides to look cool). If they never gave us amiibo-compatible games, they're be a waste of money to some.

@lanceorr No, it's like Four Swords... In Four Swords, it's mostly about getting more rupees than your friends/family; in this game, it's mostly about working together. About the only thing that's really like Four Swords is the fact that it's multiplayer, Zelda, and each character controls a different-colored Link.

I've been meaning to get Island Tour and Starfox 3D, so if these come to the US too, that'd be great.

I haven't seen this in my local Walmart (we're slow at everything), and don't have a local Target. I don't see why it would mean anything, really.

I went to Walmart today, and they did change them; we're not as slow as I thought.

I'll take a game with not-so-great graphics, but with amazing gameplay/story/music over a game with spectacular graphics, but with sucky gameplay, any day. Graphics don't make a game—gameplay does. They're called video-games, not movies.

In most cases, what Nintendo lacks in power, they make up for in gameplay; that's what's great about 'em, in my opinion.

Eh, I have nothing for this competition.

@rushiosan Um, no... If the 3D was supported on the old 3DS, it'd have a bad framerate; the whole point in not supporting it is so that it does play well.

Just Fiora? Oh well, 1 Xenoblade character is better than no Xenoblade characters, especially since Fiora's awesome anyways.

Evidence-free? You must be internet-blind, or something. Splatoon has a great multiplayer but a mediocre single-player, and it's critically-acclaimed; Devil's Third has a great (it seems) multiplayer but a mediocre single-player, and it's trashed by everyone. Hmm, that's totally fair.

When giving their impressions on a Nintendo game, they take an "Instead of focusing on what the game doesn't have, focus on what's great about it" approach; when they're giving inpressions on a non-Nintendo game, however, they're like, "Haha, it doesn't have [X], so it sucks," even though the game in question has other great merits.

@sillygostly It being (currently) a 3DS exclusive doesn't mean it was built from the ground up for the 3DS.

@Luna_110 A big backlog shouldn't be much of a problem, 'cause it's one of those pick-up-and-play games; it's really fun, so I suggest trying it if you get the chance.

@sillygostly Why would they need to remove Miis? Nintendo are diving into the mobile market, and Miis—I assume—will be involved in some of their games.

And how is it built from the ground up for the 3DS? Spotpass/Streetpass features? For iOS devices, that could be replaced by Gamecenter or something.

@sillygostly There are plenty of 3D games on mobile devices, with virtual d-pads/analog sticks, and they work just fine,

The 3DS version is great, but I won't be getting the iOS version; I'm at level 150, and I'd rather not do that all over again.

You people seem to forget one small fact: Nintendo—like nearly every other company out there—are in it for the money, not to please you. Boo-hoo, you're bored with your thousandth game, but there's not another game that interests you this week—get over it.

@erv The Wii U really is a good system, but it's not personally one of my favorites; I prefer the 3DS family, the SNES, and Gamecube—I honestly have no idea why I'm telling you this.
