I'm so tired of gamers trying to boycott games. It's up to the person whether they want to buy it or not. And lets face it the boycott of GTA Trilogy hardly went down a treat... "Definitive Edition collection has sold-in at least 19 million copies since launching"

Being in the late 30s this is pretty much the only game I've played for months now. I'm still loving it! but I kind of wish I had more time to 'complete' it sooner.

I have a vague suspicion that 80% of people who have commented on here weren't even born when this was originally released, and that a YouTuber has made you interested in it. It really was a pretty bang average game for the time. Save your money.

I must admit that Chris hasn't been overly interesting since about Code Veronica. He's just turned more into some agent grunt, with little personality.

I don't see the problem waiting it out and hacking your 3DS. If they don't want your money in the future, then what's the point?

I'd rather have more of this type of horror, than anything we've seen lately in the horror genre (well aside from the Resi Evil games).

@JDulay Thanks for the offer. Unfortunately I'm in the EU region, so I won't be able to play it. I didn't mean any disrespect to your games, as they seem very much like Deadly Premonition to me, which I very much like (a little bit of charm/jank).

Is this a 'so bad it's good' kind of game? Seems as if they were hellbent on releasing it on 3DS as some sort of gimmick, because it would have got lost in the shuffle on the Switch. Not to completely tarnish a solo devs work of course, but seems a bit curious, no?

I saw this coming a while back. I've got about 20 various 3DS sealed copies ready to sell one day. Before someone says I'm scalping. No you had the chance to when it was at a reasonable price and you moved onto the Switch.

I think the 'so bad it's good' is wearing a little thin on his games, especially when we had an abundance of fantastic indie titles at our disposal these days.

@ukaskew37 all I’m going to say is make sure you have alerts setup for the CE in the UK and I don’t mean subscribing to emails. These will go fast.

Collector's and FOMO come to mind. I'd have preferred a cheaper Limited edition. It's vaguely similar to that of Link's Awakening Limited Edition minus the pin badge. I also have the Majora's Mask Limited which has a pin badge.

@Would_you_kindly no overheads of shops and staff I guess. Just cheaper to ship it from the warehouse. Also the cost price of a game is a lot lower than that of RRP. I used to work in a music shop and I’d be buying stuff a good 30% less.

@MS7000 They're as reputable as anyone else. Gamecollection, Shopto, Base all good really.

I know it would be another re-release but to me it's crazy we haven't had The Wind Waker HD. Easily better than the original for multiple reasons, and by far my favourite Zelda.

I'm all for the jank. This has put a massive smile on my face bringing back great memories. I don't think we appreciate early 3D games enough, without the usual it's 'dated' or 'unplayable'. You literally never experienced it at the time and how incredible it was to play these types of games.

I got lucky with a N64 stock drop. You just need to follow the Discord stock alerts and they pop up every so often.

It's not like Devolver aren't known for releasing physical copies. Not sure why we need LRG to release it. Sure a limited edition with all the useless tat, but just the game? Come on.

I'm not too bothered about graphics, as long as the framerate is stable and the battery life is fairly decent. I don't own a Switch to play 4K games, that's where the PS5/Series X is at. I want to play decent ports (which there has been plenty of) and unique Nintendo games (Zelda, Mario, Metroid).

My main worry is backwards compatibility. How many times have we lost content from the eShop?

The disconnection was impacting my playthrough quite a bit. It's the first time I've played through it and wanted to see what other players had chosen... and every time I went into a palace, or sleep mode, it would disconnect me from the network. Glad it's fixed.
