This report doesn’t seem to really understand Nintendo’s business model, so I’m glad that they are not in charge of Nintendo’s financial decisions. The money is in games, accessories, and services, not console sales. Tech specs in consoles do not matter if you have those other three things, especially with power house games. I understand that this report is probably frustrated that it does not know what games are on offer for 2020, but rumors suggest there will be a lot now that the 3ds and home console market have been merged. I expect another solid year for Nintendo with growth, but I could see how an out of touch outside report might get it so wrong

I think it will be around the wii in terms of success, and investors should be happy about that. Growth of the devices has been increasing, a good sign for a device that has not had a price cut yet.

Maybe EA will develop for the platform now that there is a market for third parties...oh wait, they are too scared about the first party games driving device growth haha

The real reason has finally come out. At least EA is being more truthful now about why they don’t port to the switch, even if the reason is hogwash. EA is basically saying that because the switch has a lot of first party exclusives driving device growth, third parties can’t benefit which is contrary to the the statistic today that Nintendo third party sales grew by 50%! I feel bad that EA has to develop on the PS4 where first party exclusives also drive device growth...

The real question is whether Nintendo will allow it

Every time, the portability factor is too great to pass up...Especially since the graphics are high enough that anything more is unnecessary

The price comment almost makes me think that this is a fake review...the price of the UFO has not been released yet and will likely cost more than the switch and switch lite combined based on the specs. Furthermore, exclusives are what matter, which is something the UFO does not have...Every game on the UFO can be played on a Xbox, ps4, or PC.

Cuphead would have been a far better character to have his own stage than another fire emblem character. Look at the storybook mini-cinematic they made for him!

I would have preferred any of these characters (except mega man since we already have him) as the 5th fighter pass dlc character instead of another fire emblem hero...honestly, they should have made the fire emblem character a costume instead of another full character

Another swordfighter from a series with tons of representation already, yawn...at least the stage is nice. The stage graphics looks better than the graphics of three houses. It is disappointing that the fighter pass ended with a thud though and is not encouraging to buy the next fighter pass. Cup head or rabbids would have been at least a unique third party to end the fighter pass on, but Sakurai’s bias for fire emblem was too much. I guess I will just buy the next fighter pass characters separately to avoid the future sword fighters

When Sony announced that they were skipping e3 in 2019, Nintendo and Xbox both confirmed they were going to e3 immediately. When Sony announced that they were skipping e3 in 2020, only Xbox confirmed it would be at e3. Nintendo has yet to confirm, does this mean Nintendo may not be at e3?

I am glad that they decided to release an expansion pass instead of an entirely new ultra game, it allows them to really get creative with this one. I really like the new wild area like sections! This was the right move to get everybody back on board, but I wished they announced this before launch instead of a month and a half later to ease the national dex outrage. Even a vague statement that they would add more Pokemon after release would have been enough...

I can hear the Nintendo lawyers filing a lawsuit against them in the video haha. This reminds me of the Apple v Samsung lawsuit, where Apple won against Samsung that the hardware was too similar in design
