I just checked the app and it appears as if Zelda Notes now gives more clarification on when a specific set of data started to be collected. It now says if it started in the original version or the latest version

Tears of the Kingdom and Breath of the Wild are where they belong. That being number 1 and 2 respectively. Fantastic games made even better for Switch 2

I’d say it would be better if they shifted their focus back on the core Animal Crossing mechanics rather than having Animal Crossing be entirely a decorating simulation
