Jotun is a pretty good short game. Fairly short levels with challenging boss battles and a beautiful animation style to boot.

TBF, when Sakurai announced the fighters pass, he did say only people who trust his team to deliver quality content should buy it outright.

I brought the first pass on day one and will do the same for the inevitable second pass when it comes out.

I really think for the next Pokemon game, Game Freak need to not introduce any more new Pokemon. It's clear their artists have run out of ideas, but after a thousand Pokemon can you really blame them? Do we really need more?

I'd rather they spend their time and resources shaking the formula up.

I grew out of playing Pokemon games several generations ago, but I was really hoping Sword and Shield will pull me back in. It hasn't, at all.

Had an absolute blast. Amazed that it held up so well after all these years. Money well spent.

@Scollurio Oh really? I can't understand why this game should have any technical issues when you have Oddysey and BOTW running without a hitch, but then again I know nothing about game development.

Finished the game now, but I do wish they gave the option for assigning items to the Dpad and shoulder buttons! No reason not to, as an option, as it stands those buttons are just wasted.

@BenAV I thought I was the only one who thought that! The blur kept making me think my screen was greasy! The art style in this game is delightful, the blur just muddies it up!

@Outspoken Change lobby to the US, I think it was the East Coast one. Very active and I always find a match!

@PBandSmelly Personally I quite liked Super, there were some really low points, but overall I enjoyed it.

Maybe you should give the Manga version of Super a whirl? There are loads of story differences between the Anime, some for the better! Eg, Goku is capable of using God of Destruction energy, Gohan beats Kefla amongst other things.

Oh, and the Manga continues beyond the TOP. The current arc is very interesting, I'd go to say that it's villain is one of the best in the entire franchise!

I've paid more than £100 for DB Fighterz and all its DLC. Only because I'm an uber DB fan boy I have no regrets, but at the current discounted asking price it's well worth it for anyone!

But I'd love to see some rep from Skyrim! That game has been on all sorts of silly platforms and arguably influenced BOTW. Deserves a place in the gaming museum that is Smash methinks.

@Ckerigon There are several online lobbies in the game, if you enter a lobby in the US you always find a match. Most of the time it's lag free (for me at least).

@Octorok385 Personally had their Wii U controllers, did a rock solid job for half the price of the official ones.

You can get a 512gb Lexar card for £56 from eBay. Sold by a seller called Syekoomar. I was initially skeptical but took the plunge as he had a good seller rating.

Tested the card to make sure it wasn't fake, and it isn't! Been using it for the past 2 months and had no issues.

@Alucard83 By then most people probably would have moved onto other fighting games and you'd have missed out on an (IMO) phenomenal entry into the fighting genre.

@Gridatttack I find that playing online tourney 1v1 matches is 99% of the time lag free. I'm assuming it's because there's only two characters fighting?

@gamer89 IMO, the price of the season pass is well worth it.

Yes, the game is £50-60 here in UK. But that's a stonkingly good price for the amount of content you get in this game. Putting aside the absurd amount of base characters, this game feels like 3 games in one (Adventure mode, Classic Mode, Multi player mode). Not to mention the free updates Sakurai and Co have been pumping out.

So yes, season pass is half the price of the game. But the game is already very competively priced. Make no mistake, even if you don't cough up money for the season pass, you are getting a very complete game.

Each DLC character has a lot of thought and care put into it, and this really shines through in the Smash directs.

I paid for season 1 of DLC characters before knowing who they will be, and I intend to do that for season 2 as well.

Wowsers. This game was my childhood. First co-op game me and my brother played. Absolutely loved it.

TBH I don't think I'll enjoy the new version in this day and age. But dammit, the power of nostalgia means it's a day one purchase for me!

@Heavyarms55 Mobile phones have become so powerful today. What Nintendo gave us is something that could have worked on the old Nokia Symbian phones.

On any other platform, I would have been mega excited for the Online Tourney mode, but Nintendo and Online.... Uggh.

On a side note, one of the new Mii costumes looks like Tiens clothes (from Dragonball series). Neat!

As a side note, when I got MM2, for some reason CD Keys sent me two fully working digital keys. Made my mates day!

Just a heads up, you can sometimes get digital games cheaper on CD Keys. I got MM2 for £10 less than it would have cost me on the eShop! Well worth bearing in mind before buying these (IMO) rip off vouchers.

Doom 2016 was bloody amazing. Got Doom 3 today as a result of how much I enjoyed the reboot. Don't think I will enjoy the original or part 2.

Can't wait for Eternal. But gonna get that for Xbox One. Want the smoothest and best frame rate possible for the game.

Nice. I might actually play this game now. Was planning to drop in and play a few quick games every now and then, but due to the overly long loading times I only drop into Mario Maker and Smash.

@Antraxx777 I have one of those cheap Switch carry cases, holds 6 carts which personally for me is enough to keep me entertained on a trip.

Having said that, I cancelled my physical copy and went for a digital one. Found the digital version for the same price on CD Keys!

@Joe-b You can redownload digital from another Switch if that happens!
