This was announced in 2018. I was so excited cause that’s when I got this for Xbox. Excitement has been dwindling for a little and now I may not even care to go back to it by next year. Should have announced it as a sequel and take your time. Great game though. Very beautiful.

@ChaosBadger777 that was the deal breaker for me. But knowing how unreliable Nintendo online can be for some games, this was probably going to be unplayable online.

Pikmin 3 was my first pikmin game since the first one. It totally deserves that spot. I feel like I picked up right where I stopped all those years ago.

It’s a fun game. I got it when it was an Xbox gold game a few months back. It was only the basic version and I enjoyed it for a while. I would drive around my park in the Jeeps for hours. With this having all the dlc I’ll be getting this for sure.

Realistic cons for anyone interested.

1)Intro can be long for some trying to get into good platforming.

2)Few have stressed that the difficulty in some of the later levels are pretty challenging, putting off maybe someone looking for a casual experience throughout.

This is great to hear. I haven’t played pikmin since the first one, so this demo is a nice way to see if I still like it. Nintendo really is the last company giving out demos without a preorder it feels like.

@Yanina it gives you the option to swap things in the menu if you bought it physical. That way you could play undocked.

Still looks like you run around collecting things while monsters fight in the background.

It’s been a blast so far. Me and my friend have been exploring together as soon as we leveled up to 16. Last time I remember staying up past 3am to play a game with a buddy. I love breath of the wild but the characters in this are great!

It reminded me why I fell in love with the series over 20 years ago 😭

Waste of money and I got it on Black Friday.

I always felt that this collection wasn’t planned at all. I think a sonic the hedgehog movie moment happened with the remake rumors going crazy all year. If they did nothing, it was going to look bad. They rushed this collection out and it shows. If this was planned originally, the intro wouldn’t last two seconds and the menu would look cleaner. I’m happy it exists but I don’t think they originally cared to do it.

Man did I try to get into rune factory 4 but couldn’t. I never played one but heard nothing but praise for it so I took a shot. Shot missed it’s mark for me. I’m still pondering why it’s not my thing. I got it to be a filler when they delayed Animal Crossing (one of my favorite video game series) and haven’t touched it since. Anyone wanna buy it for cheap? Came with a art book and soundtrack 🙂

Let’s all complain when these little cartridges stop reading the games on them 🧐

I’m confident the development is going smoothly. 343 just hired a few people to work on halo infinite’s story and that game was going to release in two months up until it’s delay. Even if it’s a bit away I’m sure everything is going good development wise. To make the best Metroid game will surely take 3-4+ years of development.

For anyone in the us, a GameStop employee said they should start preorders for them tomorrow.

@RareFan I ordered it too. They are still in production and said it would be by late September to October.

Wanted trials because I had the last one I ps4 and thought it was good fun. The digital triggers killed that thought unfortunately. I remember having to rev constantly somewhere in the middle to win. Does anyone recommend stick of truth? Love the show but not sure if I should try it.

@mazzel The only thing they have right now is a starter bundle for $9.99 to preorder on PlayStation store. It comes with with items to boost EXP, food items, and in game currency.

@Chowdaire they have to buy it again. It was confirmed it wasn’t going to be an update. Really crazy they do that but I guess they reworked the game. Also, it’s a port of the switch version so only frame rate really improves.

I’m about at the halfway point and so far it’s pretty fun. Enemy encounters remind me of the sewers in TTYD. I just hit them with the hammer. I’m glad someone found this out though because I tend to leave areas to find toads I have missed. Stinks cause I would like a patch of course but the full game was on the cart.
