I'm actually pretty excited about this game. Will wait for the Switch version though.

Why do you keep repeating that this games draws huge inspiration from BotW? It's like you want the people to start the same argument over and over again in the comments section...
After this trailer, the comparison to BotW makes less and less sense, beside the graphics style...

Yeah this is a game that should have been full price and not GAAS Or Gacha.

So much wasted potential, I have been waiting so for long for a game like this.

The fact we're "waiting for a Switch version" still makes me chuckle, all things considered.

I don't know. The graphics gives me more World Of Warcraft vibes than Zelda.

This website's quality control has gone down the drain since Covid. A lot of repeated information and intentionally provocative headlines and comments in order to garner clicks when there's no real news to report

Wait, it's not a game but a gachatron? Can't describe what a huge letdown it is.

Played the Beta on my ps4 and it's beautiful and so far has the best graphics from any "anime" rpg I've seen do far, also the combat is more hack and slash and combo designed that zeldas.
Only draw back is that it's a gacha and as we all know these Japanese/Chinese gacha games cost around £50 just for a decent chance of getting a few rare characters.
Just hope that what they give you to start with is enough to enjoy and complete the game

At first I did think it was a BotW RIP off but then realized so what if it is. This game does look really good and I'm interested in reviews for this.

Kind sad that once you start to know more about the game the less exciting it became. Still gonna try it for Switch but not sure how that would hold me. I usually don't play free to play game for very long.

Yeah, the f2p bit is a bummer, I would've paid 60€ for it, but this being a gacha game leaves a bitter taste. I'll definitely try it out, though, but I don't expect it to hold my attention for long.

Loved the Beta on PS4. The world looks fantastic.

But did my pre-register on PC. Frame rates were all over the place on my PS4. PC seemed like a safer bet for the long run.

@mazzel The only thing they have right now is a starter bundle for $9.99 to preorder on PlayStation store. It comes with with items to boost EXP, food items, and in game currency.

@leon_s_k never said that it's a bad thing. I was wondering about the wording in the article, because what NL wrote is just a nice way to say they copied BotW, which they clearly didn't. It's an action RPG and and drawing inspiration from Zelda comes with the genre in my opinion. Personally I hope it took inspiration from BotW because, like you said that's a good thing

@playstation_king The game looks incredible yes but did you have any issues with input lag? I heard some people played a PS4 version about a month ago, possibly on the Pro, that had input lag. I'm so eager to play this game so I'm just curious.

@TrevorMcD I did notice some lag here and there but no enough to take away from my enjoyment of the game, something that they might of fixed as that's the point of a beta to get feedback and improve the game.

@playstation_king Thank you for the info! I'm still debating whether or not I should get the starter pack or to just save my money in case they release some other kind of pack. Man if they could just release a reasonably priced DLC for some of the other characters that would be nice instead of having to go through the gacha method.

@TrevorMcD games like this usually have a cheap starter bundle which has enough currency for a couple gacha draws
