@neil9000 Usually I'm not a fan of remastering games that were made in the last decade or so, because they remaster already great games and all they do is just enhance the graphics/framerate.

However, it looks like they are making a lot of changes and fixing a lot of issues with the original. I've never played it, so this is one of the rare remasters that interest me, due to the mixed reception the original got.

I'm amazed Astro Bot is still doing so well.

Disappointed Nintendo still isn't incorporating an Achievement system. They provide loads of motivation for getting the most out of a game, and create a good consolidation of everything you have played.

And people who don't like them can turn notifications off.

Really cool that it's announced, but with Mario Kart World as a launch title this isn't smart timing.

Meganium is my favourite Pokemon, so easily picking Chikorita.

@AG_Awesome 100%. In the same way I would expect a game set in Europe to feature mainly white people, it's not a surprise when a game set in Africa features mainly black people.

@RareFan Games with an African setting or inspiration are by far the best way to feature black protagonists, so if that's what people want I fully support it.

@Lizuka It's mental for thinking a game is woke for having a black protagonist, even though the game is set in Africa.

I would say anything before the PS3/360 generation, because that's when online gaming and HD became normalised, as long with many other features that have remained largely unchanged.

They were exciting to get, but they're a really bad deal for players. It's either: wait ages after the initial games release for the definitive version, pay the price of a full game for a few new features, or feel like you're missing out.

The best thing if they want to do new games in the same region that generation are sequels. BW2 felt like they were fully worth getting after play the original Black and White games.

I have the most nostalgia for SM64, and although it has aged poorly in some aspects, it has have amazingly in others. It's still a classic after all these years.

In terms being the best, I'd give it to Galaxy. The gameplay, atmosphere and creativity in that game are all perfect.

I'm much more keen for a new (full length) 3D Platformer.

Something like a Sunshine or Galaxy sequel would be amazing, if not simething brand new.

Hopefully more 3D platformers. They're [pretty rare and The Forgotten Land was great.

Little Nightmares was an amazing game. Any game that reminds me of it will get my attention.

I’m happy with Maple Treeway alone.

That's great, it was my first Kirby game and I loved it. I hope this means they try more 3D platformers for other series.

The game looks decent enough, but the trailer is terrible. Those voices are unbelievably annoying. And that T rex sounds like a TIE fighter.

@nymbosox It has depth mechanics, but it’s not a fully 3D game, so I’m not counting it. And I’m pretty DK’s last 3D Platformer was DK64.

@I_Go_by_Many_Names Given how good Kirby and the Forgotten Land is and how well it sold, hopefully it will open the door for more 3D platformers. DK has only had one, and Yoshi has had nothing so there’s lots to try.

I only played the original because it was on PS+, but it's a lovely game and I was more than happy to buy it again with the DLC. It's fantastic that it's finally getting a sequel.

I've never played a Kirby game before, but since I prefer 3D platformers this might be my first.

Journey is one of the best gaming experiences I’ve had in my life, so I’ll definitely check it out.

Even still, no one can cause irreparable damage to the Pokemon brand like Game Freak.

@SpaceboyScreams Crash 4 came out relatively recently, and it was an awesome game. It's simplistic, but it's challenging in usually fair ways.

I wonder if they're going to use any of that money to invest into the games to make them better.

Bit weird timing, they're just creating their own competition.

I hope they bring Dracula back. He was easily the best thing about season 1-2, season 3 was a bit boring with out him.

I still like the series, the anniversary did anything but make me love Mario more.

@SoManyHaveDied F-Zero scratches the Mario Kart itch, in the same way that there was no need to bring back Doom because Call of Duty is a thing.

Mario Kart is great and all, but F-Zero is something else. If they've made 5 Mario Karts since the last F-Zero game, I'm not buying the idea that there's nothing they can think off for a new game.

I just want more colour variations for the first party pro controllers.

Highly recommend getting it if you haven't played it's great fun. No idea why people are saying it's dead, it's very easy to get into a game.

Fall Guys is a game really well suited for the Switch.

@rjejr You shouldn't really need a second pair of joy cons, depending on your case they're easy enough to take with the switch.

A massive no brainer. Lets dispel this myth that difficult games don't appeal to people, and gamers aren't up for a challenge.

Played it on PS4, it's such an awesome game. Definitely recommend getting it on Switch if you don't play on anything else.

Been playing it on PS4, and its great fun. It would be great if it came to other platforms. Usually I don't like battle royale games, but this one is fast paced as well as having the competitive aspects of battle royale games.

@sanderev Then you can't transport those Pokemon to SSh, that's not really much use.

Awesome, can't wait to pay for a service that replaces something that did exactly the same thing, cept it can't transfer all Pokemon.

Good to hear aboiut no HM's. I like to have a full team of Pokemon that is made for battling, and not having to fun back and forth between the PC. And not being forced to have a water and a flying type for Surf and Fly.

Already have it on PC, but I will probably get it again because it is a masterpiece.

Can we not just have a team that was actually good like Team Plasma?

I don't get why we then get Pokemon games annually with no amazing twist, but we can't get a sequel to a 20 year old game that people have been asking for.
