And for those who are glad about this shame on you. Region lock has a purpose, it makes that some games are localized like xenoblade chronicles for the new 3ds. But if people would buy it overseas in japanese then nintendo will just say "screw localization, let's just realease are games in foreign countries in the wrong language"

The fact is that if the price is right then this is going to be some of the best DLC ever because 8 courses is around 6$ plus the 4 vehicles for 2$ and the characters for 3$ and that should total up to 10$ DLC!
