I CANNOT believe there are a plethora of people who believe its a port, besides all the concrete evidence in the trailer, its also a working title. I don't think Super Smash Bros for Nintendo Switch needs a dang working title unless its a new game. They even updated links model, and its a TEASER. A port doesn't need a teaser

We need a Persona 3 and 4 Dual Pack on modern consoles. SEES needs to come back to fight shadows instead of dancing (even though p3 DMN looks fun)

Definitely getting this, I love the SMT series, now hopefully we get Shin Megami Tensei Persona 6 on the Switch as well

@SLIGEACH_EIRE Youre right about the games next year but you’re getting that the boost in sales around thr holiday season that all consoles get hasnt happened yet, switch sales will definitely reach that number by march because at least a few million units will sell around christmas time

I made sure to request work off on the 28th months in advance. And I usually get every Nintendo product I want because I treat every one like it's gonna sell out. I got to Walmart about 8:00 and was the first one in line out of 17 consolea dont regret any of it

Also I always shop from Gamestop. Been a pro member for years now and racking up points has saved me so much money. I pretty much got a wii u for 50$ with all my coupons and points back in 2013 before the price drop

It's likely that places like toys r us and gamestop will be out the door within the next 5 years which sucks because I'll be out of a job. I love Gamestop, I'm treated well, paid well, I love helping out customers and spreading my love of video games when im at work. So sad to hear about Toys R Us

Sheesh guys the direct was exactly what Nintendo said it would be, but the AC and Smash community love to set themselves up for disappointment. First of all Smash Bros in an E3 reveal, not a ND reveal, second of all if Animal Crossing is coming (which i'm sure it is) it wont be until late next year at the least. They're trying to cover whats coming THIS YEAR and give us a snippet of what's early coming next year. Honestly just wait for the inevitable December or January direct. On the contrary, I am shocked at the lack of VC still but I understand that the SNES Classic needs to sell, and I'm definitely intrigued by the ACA Nintendo Series. Odyssey and Xenoblade looked great as always. The Project Octopath Demo is great. Lola Pop is great. Haven't touched Splatoon 2 since mid August, disappointed in FE Warrior's Roster but getting it nonetheless because I love Warrior Games and October 20 is my birthday. Dragon Quest Builders and DOOM are exicting! Didn't like the first Wolfenstein so not interested in 2. Only 3DS stuff I cared for was the Pokemon Stuff (Have Gold and Ultra Sun preordered) and wow that Pokeball New 2DS is sexy. Overall a good direct, they could have shortened the time they spent on Xenoblade Chronicles 2 though.

Never played the first PQ because I had never played P3 or 4, but I have played P5 and I love it so I'll be picking up Q2 since I'm familiar with the characters, also P5 got me into the series so I'm in the middle of playing P4 on my PS2 right now

It's definitely a sleek model and a great looking system for anyone who doesn't own one or anyone who wants to upgrade from a non "new" model, but considering I already have the new 3ds with the faceplates i won't be buying it

@Tsurii its final fantasy 6, but in America it was released as 3 because the actual final fantasy 2,3 and 5 were never released in America

Sonic CD is definitely my favorite Sonic Game, love everything about it especially the soundtrack(yes both of them), sonic heroes and sonic 2 are fantastic as well!

Smash for obvious reasons. Definitely Pokken with all the new fighters from the arcade version (Darkrai, Scisor, Empoleon, and Croagunk) along with even more fighters and new modes, then playing Bayo 1 and 2 on the go sounds awesome so yeah those are my 3. But when it comes to Smash, I want it to be like MK8DX and Splatoon 2 meet in the middle, I want the same game but with more fighters, stages, modes, and even costumes.

This is why I'm not buying Yooka Laylee

@3dsgeek333 Because local play is still the foundation of the gaming industry. What I want to know is why big companies like 343 and EA are dropping local play. I didn't buy Halo 5 solely for the reason that it had no split screen which has always been one of my main reasons for buying halo games: to goof off with my brother on forge mode. It's like no one in today's world has friends to play video games with which is sad.

@Tsusasi all im saying is that the people who expected Nintendo to change didn't get an NES Classic and people like me who knew Nintendo wouldn't change got their hands on an NES Classic

Got mine because I was smart about it. I knew Nintendo would screw up stock so I was in line 3 hours before Gamestop opened. I was generally surprised at how many people came as GS opened hoping to get one, if you're a true Nintendo fan, you know you have to be in line hours before opening for anything they release

Now obviously I don't support Nintendo giving small stock to stores, but what the hell were you people who didn't get it expecting. Being a true Nintendo fan, I knew the NES Classics would sell out before stores even opened, you have to learn to wait in line if you want a Nintendo product. Nintendo products arent something you can just walk into a store and buy, even though they should be. There were only 2 at my local Target and me and my friend got both. My local GS had 5, Walmart 6, Best Buy 12. Please for future reference get to those stores early!

I hope Gamestop gets them because I'm a regular at my local GS and they are always holding stuff for me no matter what it is. For example: They held a Pokemon GO Plus, Super Saiyan Trunks POP! Figure, and some other stuff, and they're even holding a NES Classic for me, so I hope the 99$ New 3DS comes to Gamestop!

I loved Pokemon Origins, I just don't like when people want Origins or Generations to replace the classic anime. The classic anime is meant to be separate from the games, however I'm glad Generations serves all regions instead of just Gen 1!

Just got it 2 days ago. It's technically my first time playing the series. The only other time I played a DQ game was Dragon Warrior on the NES many years ago. I love VII so far! One thing though is that wasn't there a Nintendo Direct trailer for 7 or 8 that showed the remake on the top screen and the original on the bottom screen or am I just imagining things?

I'm actually happy with the sonic mania news. SOnic games in recent times have been exclusive to Nintendo so the other platforms should have their own exclusive. Since I have a PS4 I will gladly buy it day one. As for Project 2017, I will buy it either for NX or PS4, depending on what the NX is. Great news last night!
