This is a rather old android/ios game, if it is not getting 1080/720p @ 60 fps enhancement with some extra graphics boost, then don't even bother .

I still don't understand why people are canceling orders because of no physical release...be happy that it even got released after the MS purchase. The release of a digital version is a miracle by itself and if people will not buy it it will just confirm the fact for MS that they need to stop Nintendo support.

Considering the ugly downgraded graphics I am surprised it even needs 17 gb. Most parts it doesn't even reach 720p.

@ChaosBadger777 Dont even mention cloud gaming. Cloud gaming is a cancer to the gaming industry. It is cool at home where you have broadband, but useless anywhere else. If you game in your home only, why not just buy a PS or Xbox ?

Blurry backgrounds, visible pop-ins, low resolution and disabled lighting graphics ... the Switch version looks pretty inferior Asking the same price as for the XBox and PS version is outrageous. Legend of Zelda graphics is way better than this.

It would work on the system and clear out EA's bad reputation made with the FIFA series, so why would they skip it ?

LOL, EA! 1 game that would finally bring EA back up on the Switch console and they screw it up ... and dont tell me that it cant handle it, if it can handle Bioshock and Borderlands Trilogy then Mass Effect could work too. They just dont care and instead release a poorly made FIFA game ...

People want Mass Effect Trilogy but instead they give us Football and now this...I hope this will sell good enough for them to consider Mass effect.

Wow...no Borderlands or Metro on the list despite both being perfect ports, however you list Wolfenstein and Doom despite both having horrible graphics due to dynamic scaling and frame rate issues... Wow, does this writer even have a Switch ?

Let's net forget that Crytek was planning to release Crysis 3 (!) on Tegra X1+Android platform so porting to Tegra is not unfamiliar to them.

They should have given this project to Saber Interactive, they did a significantly better job (with the latest Witcher 3 patch) then Panic Button ever did. Both devs made ports with blurry graphics and low texture graphics but Saber did not stop working on optimization and release a patch where the graphics are less blurry and can be considered acceptable. PB on the other hand did not do this and all their great ports are barely playable due to the blurry graphics.

Day 1 purchase !

So now that we have CryEngine ported, can we have Crysis 3 now? Crysis 3 was planned for the Shield Android TV but disappeared, a sudden Switch appearance would be nice.

Pathetic. Companies starting to use this as an excuse if a delay comes up. ZTE, LG, Asus and now this....
This outbreak is bad, however in many situations people over react it in a way that it influent their lives more than it should.
These companies should not have issues continuing their work if their employees would be responsible adults. That business man in Thailand was an @sshole but not everyone is like that. (If you missed it, a thai businessman got infected in Vuhan however wanted to go home so he tricked goverment inspections by taking medicine for his fever. He traveled on a plane, then metro but even after that did not quarantine himself at home and even went out to party.
If this company was in Vuhan I would understand since it would be hard to work and dangerous however this is not the case here.
I live in a country where no cases have been registered yet but people are already panicking and buying surgical masks like if there is no tomorrow...little do they know that surgical masks are not designed to keep you safe, they are made for you to not infect others, it does not give full protection for the wearer.
This is like the cold war when many people boutht/built nuclear fallout shelters because they were sure that nuclear war is going to happen.
But now companies are using this outbreak as "acceptable" excuse to calm down fans and investors if a delay comes up...I wonder how long will they use this as an excuse and how long will they delay this project...1 month ? 3 month ? 1 year ?
Come to think of it it a brand New perfect excuse for companies, because if a fan would call them out they can turn other fans against him/her and call that fan "insensitive" and if an investor would terminate the contract then they could sue because "it is not their fault".

I would love to see the IPS screen to be changed to a 720p AMOLED panel for better colors and better blacks.
New Hw that can push Doom and Witcher to run at fix 720p on a built in AMOLED screen would be enough for me to upgrade.

Lol then what is the point ?? 4k who cares but performance increase should be a must... Yes the new apu would be smaller and generate less heat but there are no issues because of overheating with the current Switch. Battery life could increase slightly yes but who in their right mind would sell their current Switch and buy a new one for extra 10-20 minutes in battery ?
If Switch pro cant offer stable 30 fps and fix 720p resolution and slightly better graphics for Wolfenstein, Doom and Witcher in portable and dynamic 720-1080p in docked due to a better CPU and GPU then dont even bother.
I would be happy to buy the new Switch if it could run Witcher and Doom with stable 30 fps 720p res in portable. Sharp image and stable framerate would worth me the upgrade because the current blurry graphics and 24-30 fps is really annoying.
People who play other games then Mario want a Switch whith better performance and Nvidia has the tech for Nintendo to build one but Nintendo is playing the bullsh1t card again....

Not too sad about the delay considering the trash port of Doom...yes its playable but looks horrible....

@NotTelevision Its like Fallout without RPG elements and more like being a tactical shooter where you can be Rambo or you can be Sam Fisher. Both games have evil and good endind.

@SpacedDuck what do you mean in high end pc? A gtx 1060 is enough to run it with 50+ fps max graphics fhd.

Even if they target low-medium settings 720p 30 fps on switch that would be awesome!

I completed these at least 4-4 times on PC and Xbox, but day1 purchase on switch too!
Original metro was Xbox 360 game so switch should not have any problem running it.

This one I doubt.
Even Witcher 3 would have been a big flop if not for the story considering the significant graphics drop they had to make.
if they want RDR for Switch, they should port RDR1.

Shame, this looked like a good alternative for BioShock...but maybe will be good enough for 2k to finally get up their asses and port BioShock.

I hope it will have graphics as good as Witcher 1 with stable 20 fps .
