It was a decent game but was still nowhere near as good as FFT.

I got the first Somnium Files like a month ago when it was at that price as well. It's alright. Only played for about 2 hours since I don't care for visual novels really but it had some pretty decent humor in it so far. Just doesn't feel like I'm playing or really doing much to call it a game even.

Cool? Now get them to remove the countless thousands of the other clones of other games while you're at it I guess.

Well duh, anyone with the slightest bit of sense can take a look at the state of things in the world and tell you there wasn't going to be a switch 2 or "pro" this year, and almost certainly not next either.

If China moves on Taiwan, might be a few more years since they make 60% of semiconductors in the entire world.

Has been cracking me up at the oblivious ones spouting "we need Switch 2!!" in the comments when it's just not feasible with the way the world is going (to hell, in a hand basket).

Played them both to death on Xbox360 back in the day, some of the finest gaming experiences out there. So I have no need to rebuy them although if they do go to $9.99 some day I might pick them up again just to try with gyro but I doubt it.

@mariomaster96 That's not the Switches fault, that's just how the game loads. It does use a really really old engine.

And yet some people cry they need a Switch 2.

I picked up Doom Eternal Deluxe edition since it was finally cheap enough for me without ever planning on touching MP.

Maybe it will release along side the Internet v2.0

MK11 is one of my biggest regret buys on the Switch. Looks absolutely horrible and runs bad, plus I'm not sure I ever finished more than 3 matches online due to NSO being such a horrible turd and always disconnecting me when it wasn't just constantly lagging.

Just Cult Of The Lamb for me. Love Devolver Digital's games and this looks pretty sweet and the Switch version actually releases same day as other platforms! Rare to see Switch versions not delayed months behind the rest anymore it seems.

Yeah I enjoyed my time with 2 but nothing shown has gave me enough interest to want to buy 3. Very much feels samey just with some new weapons which isn't enough for $60 + renewing the horribly buggy and laggy NSO just to play the damn thing.

Half life wouldn't be too bad since HL3 never happened for whatever odd reason.

Was interested until I saw it's mostly just a read read game with tiny bits of battle thrown in.

I like my controllers black or at least dark since white never stays white even if you're really careful.

Really love Hollow Knight but all it's little things put in it for the sole purpose of cheap shots and to piss you off makes it hard to want to hop back in, even if I must be getting be getting near the end. Very frustrating game with too much aimed at being annoying to make it seem harder than it is, compared to Celeste, where everything there is no fault but your own.

Missed opportunity not doing Peacemaker instead.

Well I was around before digital only titles, I was blowing in original Nintendo carts as a kid...but I guess I'm not a real gamer because I don't collect pieces of plastic in varying degrees of overpriced splendor to show that I am in fact a gamer.

I'm in the minority of people who just enjoy the actual, you know, experiences and memories made from playing them, not spending 3x-10x (for special shiny limited ultra mega supreme rare "collectors" editions) the price to stick on a shelf and maybe perhaps look at once every 5 years after the initial playing is done.

Digital is amazing.

@Sonos Wrong, Apple is considered peasant phone for anyone with half a working brain. Only 13 year olds and their "I NEED one or I won't be cool" mentality actually think apple products are superior in any way. Also I think Monster Hunter Rise is one of the most boring experiences I've had on my switch after 2 hours of the free trial, so no, we can't be friends it seems.

And yet people still go on about needing Switch 2...heh yeah, they don't read the news. Would be a logistical nightmare worrying about a new console in the state the world is in when even old stuff is still in high demand and low supply.

It's the hands that weird me out.

Fine with me. Better to take their time and get it right than release a half finished game to be fixed through patches whenever they get around to it.

Then there are games like Mario Strikers where they sell you half a game at full price and promise to add stuff later (but it's FREE!!!).

Finish Celeste...nope. Made it a good way through stage 9 and was finally defeated. Think I'm good on another sort of game for awhile.

Hmm nice. The first one bored me after 10 hours or so but the combat sounds a ton better in this. Maybe one day.

I wasn't very interested to begin with but watching some of the game play footage killed it completely for me. Maybe they've got a trick in their pocketses to add in to make it special though.

Sounds good, will be my first racing game since Mario Kart Wii. Can't beat the price and I don't mind actually (gasp) playing games to unlock things, it's part of the fun for me so I won't mind the paid aspects. If they were smart they'd structure the season pass to give you your in-game currency back like Fortnite, but it's Disney so I doubt that'll be the case. Either way I'll at least be trying it since you can't get buyers remorse with free.

If they have a good art design team, and an actual fun game, they can amass a lot of money just from skins alone if reasonably priced, but again..Disney...so..

Also I had no idea there was a Link costume in Bayonetta 2! Looks like I'm going to have to redownload it now. Wouldn't hurt to get practice in for 3 too even though I'll wait for a sale on it in the future.
