I know right? They can't put that on their head that the Wii U is the gamepad. It may not have been used to its full potential (I'm guessing it's because the hardware is not that powerful) but it revolves around the concept of having 2 screens like the DS/3DS.

Coming from PC mouse/keyboard, the gyro controls are godsend. I can't stand playing shooters with the R Stick for aiming.

I don't want gender-swapping in adventure games. If they're gonna make a female protagonist Link, make it a female Link in the story. Give her an identity/character and attitude in the story. I don't want them to make a generic character or a generic story that will accommodate both male and female Link. Focus on one. Give it a character.

Link is an established male. Don't change that just to appease those who wanted to play as a female. Give them Linkle instead who is her own character with her own story. If not, give them Zelda as a playable character with her own motive to go in an adventure.

You don't need to download these data packs if you're buying digitally since it said in the direct it's all included in the digital version. These data packs are for those who are buying the physical disc.

There's no rule saying the character should only be in Smash if it appeared in a Nintendo console game. Nintendo approved these choices because they think it's good for them and for their target audience.

The Reggie-Bill tandem is fine. I watched the 2 Directs simultaneously switching audio when the other one shows games I'm not too interested in. No disrespect to Shibata but the EU Direct was painfully boring and I couldn't understand Shibata sometimes. The US Direct was fast-paced and fluid. But anyway, I love Shibata for always giving us cool Limited/Collector's editions.

Are you seriously comparing the Wii U to what a PC (dolphin emulator) can do? Tell them to run this game with their graphical "improvements" on the Wii U machine better then let's call Tantalus or Nintendo lazy.

Same with the "leak" I said earlier this year. They got the date correctly and half of the contents. It could be true and they just added a bunch not in the Direct so as to not raise suspicion from Nintendo on who is leaking what.

They've predicted the date of an earlier Direct too (was it the April 1 Direct?) But it turns out only half of the contents were true.

That said I want Sunshine HD on the Wii U but prefer Luigis Mansion 3D to go along with the already released Dark Moon on the 3DS instead of having Sunshine 3D.

Hey same! I went back to console gaming after the SNES/Megadrive/PS1 era in November 2013 and SM3DW was my first game besides the NSMBU+NSLU bundled on my Wii U. And I came across NLife after months and months of research before my purchase of my Wii U.
