I’m playing Luigi Mansion 3 co-op with my wife. Honestly, it’s amazing to me that the co-op mode hasn’t been hyped up more in reviews, it’s excellent and the wife as Gooigi is much more than just a coin collector or ‘spare part’. I hope we get a glow in the dark Gooigi amiibo!😜

It's nearly 5am here, and I've been playing DOOM all over the weekend. I'm now going to hit the hay knowing that Reggie as usual told us nothing in particular, and that, as usual he's prob waiting on Japan hq to fill him in. God, DOOMs great game, though. Definitely picking up Wolfie 2 now after this. Night/morning all!

DOOM has just literally dropped through my letter box, so I'll be skating demons all weekend (along with finally reaching level 60 Splatoon.) Had to archive software to download big updates for Doom. Is it just the multiplayer?

Late to the party too! I've just started playing Botw expansion pass, and so far just been collecting all the armour goodies before I try the Master Sword Trials. Probably squeeze in a bit of Splatoon 2 as well and try chapter 2 of Metal Gear Solid 5, which I got with games with gold.

Ok, it was a bedside 'Fatigue and sleep tracking device', but since last yr its been put on hold. It just came into my head because its nearly 2am here and I've to be up at 7.30 for doctors lol.

Well if they DID show off a new Metroid game, I'd bet there would be an announcement that Gamecube bc game(S) Metroid Prime/2 is available to download after presentation. For a hefty price of course....

Look, I'm not a complete 'graphics/power', but I almost exclusively play the switch as what it is: The most powerful handheld on the planet (which can be docked to a TV if you choose.) However, I have my Xbox one docked to TV downstairs, my Wii u docked upstairs and a pc. So portable all the way for me and my Switchy lol

ive doctors appointment in morning, but screw it, i'll catch couple hours after it tomorrow. Though when the doctor asks me why i look like a corpse, i think he might refer me to a psychiatrist when i say "Switch"!! lol

Happy new year!!! We are truly a unique bunch as Nintendo fans, with the highs the lows and the "oh I don't knows". Pretty much sums up the rollercoaster that is Life. All I want this year is health. THEN to be able to enjoy my Switch, while grabbing popcorn for Super Mario Bros blu ray lol. Keep gaming people!!

For me, Nintendo's biggest mistake is missing the Christmas period. Really they should have the machine on shelves for December and strike while hype is at a max after reveal. Yes, sonys doing vr this Christmas, but honestly the Switch is so different from everything else on the market, that our televisions should have been bombarded with ads (like the online reveal) showing why console gamers, portable gamers, casual gamers and mums and dads sick of buying little Johnny another mobile phone for Xmas need a Switch. But typical Nintendo, hype will die down now, marketing won't be aggressive enough, negative niggles about the console will creep into prospective consumers minds and there's already alot of gamers holding off getting one in march with a "I'll see after maybe 6 months how this goes for Nintendo." Well, like I said, Nintendo should have swept everyone up in the hype that this is one of the must-have gadgets/consoles/new tech to have this Xmas.

Me and the wife are having a meal later then cracking open a copy of Majora's Mask each to snuggle up in bed. Happy Valentines!!

It would have been an interesting mash-up, but honestly, i think Intelligent Systems is one of the jewels in Nintendo's crowns, so i would simply love a 'Fire Emblem U'.

Well i read somewhere recently that sales are around 800,000 so far worldwide, so maybe Namco Bandai have sniffed an opportunity with Ubisoft giving up on Wii U???

I actually enjoyed the 3ds demo! Might pick it up when price goes down.

Waiting on Bayonetta 2 which i bought online, so only Hyrule Warriors dlc for me. Though i'll pick up Pesona Q in next few weeks. And Atlus have just announced Etrian Odyssey 5. Sweet!!!!

@drewb0203 The link amiibo unlocks a costume for your mii and also bonus weapon in Hyrule Warriors if you own it. I'm guessing it will also unlock goodies in Majora's Mask remake on new 3ds and have some function in Zelda Wii U.

Anyone else actually think the 3ds version is the best handheld sonic in years?? I went into the demo thinking it would be unplayable rubbish and was actually hugely surprised. Not a sonic fan, but here is a great example of a demo actually helping the undecided/previously uninterested.

Only 2 Mario's really blew me away. First, Super Mario 64 at release. Then, Super Mario Galaxy. 2D Mario is def Super Mario World. Some folks prefer 2D Mario/Metroid over 3D. So that fact is huge when voting.

I mean if these start a sales explosion, would Ubisoft want a piece of the action, as in bringing games like assassins creed back, but with amiibo assassins, etc? Also, Rayman Legends would have been perfect for this. What about the leech that is EA? Would they come crawling back by the smell of money? These toys could actually prove to be a pivotal moment for the future of Wii U, and again diffetentate the Wii U from the competition.

For me personally, i think the Wii U is Nintendo's greatest home console since the Snes. And considering i missed most of the Wii's best games, it's indispensable to me. I can't look at 'normal' controllers the same way now either, since using the Wii U pad constantly for 2yrs.
