I pay to play games online, same as with PS4 and Xbox. Everything else is a bonus.
Plus here is something a lot of people seem to ignore that isn't even part of the subscription (as far as I am aware): The gold coins system for getting discounts off other digital games works seamlessly and is brilliant and there is nothing like it on Xbox or PS4. Why doesn't Nintendo get credit for that?
No burn, just describing how you have come across to me with your previous comments.
If people want to make their own observations that may align with what you have previously described they are free to do it and then you or me or anyone can challenge them on it, have a discussion with them.
Any chance this website could maybe, I don't know, go to Nintendo and ask some questions about this rather than just reporting on other websites stories or running another article about how much money some mobile game made or actors reactions to some TV series about some books?!
You know I don't actually have an issue with this as the joycon drift does appear to be a real problem. I have had it happen to me on occaision also and it does seem widespread.
I don't believe Nintendo has ever addressed it and I am not aware of any journalistic websites like this one doing their job and taking Nintendo to task over it.
Also this line "Nintendo's legal section has had to deal with plenty of other legal patent claims over the years" doesn't really apply as this isn't a patent claim.
Correct me if I am wrong here but were you not making the accusation that a lot of Nintendo fans were giving a pass to the pay to win model of a Nintendo mobile game when they wouldn't for non Nintendo games?! But it appears you cannot actually back that accusation up with examples.
I know there are people who blindly follow a publisher / company and overlook their particular faults whilst criticising others for the same thing but I didn't see anyone on this thread actually doing that and by you acting like people were you are just as extreme as they are.
Downloaded DR Mario yesterday. Deleted it 5 minutes later. Mobile games and their business models just aren't for me no matter who makes said games and how good they are.
I just don't see who Stadia is for. The people who have the internet good enough to run Stadia likely have a high powered PC or games console so would see no reason to use Stadia. Now Google dropped the bomb that games are full price on Stadia and a lot of people are questioning the point even more. One of their main games is Destiny 2, who cares?!
Plus Phil Harrison is leading it and he was responsible for the botched PS3 and Xbox One launches.
I am well aware Switch outsold PS4 in Japan. But PS4 has sold fantastically this gen so I doubt Sony actually care.
Sony are right when they don't see Nintendo as a competitor because I bought a PS4 for the great first party exlcusives and third parry games that would not usually release on a Nintendo platform. And I bought a Wii U and Switch becuase of the stellar first and second party titles and some excellent indie/third party titles.
The consoles work great in tandem. They aren't competing.
Has anyone actually taken Nintendo to task over this? It is clearly a widespread problem, I have had it happen with my right joycon, but I can't remember any games website approaching Nintendo about this and as far as I am aware there has never been a redesign as new joycons can be just as susceptible.

That is why I think you are a tool in this instance. I won't be putting you on ignore though as you don't seem too bad when all is said and done.

Because you sound like a tool. And you do by the way.
Re: UK Charts: Fire Emblem: Three Houses Gets Number One, Almost Doubles Awakening's Launch Sales

That is all well and good but at the end of the day people can comment what they want and you are no authority to tell them they can't.

@StuTwo
Who made you comment god?!
I actually don't agree with those views but people have the right to say it and you have no right to deny them that.
Get over yourself.
On topic: Very good week for the Switch and Nintendo, the UK could maybe start to be considered a decent market for them now.
And as always Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a beast!

Spelling mistakes happen, for instance:
"doesnt" is doesn't and sentences usually end with a full stop.

Doesn't look like they have mastered the pyshics at all actually.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (July 13th)

Also thinking of restarting Hollow Knight.

OK but with what you said here:
"Funny how all the community outrage goes out the window when no longer convenient."
You were clearly trying to have a go at people on this site when it wasn't happening. You were trying to bring a bit of drama where there was none.

Sorry, my bad. You are clearly 12 or something because no one over that age would say "butthurt" because that would be really embarrassing for them.

Apart from selling near 100 million PS4 consoles worldwide. You are reaching.
Thankfully I am not a child so I am just happy that there is more than one console out there and I can have the best of both worlds.

Are you 10 years old?! Console wars are something you took part in when you were a kid in school.
