Welcome folks to yet another weekend - and what a week we've had! The official reveal (finally) of the Nintendo Switch Lite kept the NL team super busy this week - you can catch up on everything you need to know right here - but now it's time for us to talk about our weekend plans. Which games will you be playing? Check out our plans and submit your own via the poll and comments below. Enjoy!

I'm really struggling to put Red Faction: Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered down at the moment. What can I say, I just love blowing up Martian masonry. I'm also really enjoying Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle as well. Honing my titan takedown skills becomes so addictive after a while.

In terms of new stuff, I'll be strapping on my spandex in preparation for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order. I loved the first two games, so I'm really excited to give this superheroic Switch-exclusive a proper extended play. Look out for my official NL review on the site soon.

After a few days off this week (did I miss anything?), I’ve managed to play very few video games due to Other Life Stuff™, but I did dig out the Wii U for a visiting family member - a huge Splatoon 2 fan desperate to play the original. While it’s still set up I plan to fire up the first Super Mario Maker so I can ‘copy’ a couple of my old courses into the sequel and tweak them with some new elements.
Still trying to finish Gris, too, but I downloaded Sega Mega Drive Classics in the eShop sale last night and Bare Knuckle 3 is calling...

I’ve only spent a few hours so far exploring What Remains of Edith Finch - but this weekend, I plan to finish the game if I can. It’s so beautifully designed, and its gameplay is so unique; I’m incredibly impressed. I also plan to play Dragon Quest Builders 2, of course - I checked out the demo and loved it, so I’ll be purchasing the full version and building my little heart out with it this weekend.

Summer of Switch hits full throttle with spiritual sequels of ActRaiser and Contra out on the eShop! I shall be getting down to some serious hardcore play sessions of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, SolSeraph, Super Mario Maker 2, Tetris 99 and the social-life erasing Dragon Quest Builders 2. Lest I forget: releasing a free expansion to one of my favourite games of all time will net you my attention - just exactly how many more shopkeeper zingers can they possibly fit in The Messenger's Picnic Panic DLC?
My game of the week goes to Blazing Chrome. It was a true privilege to see this one take shape and form over the past years and it perfectly showcases the exact kind of games I want to be playing this summer: brand new, fast-paced 16-bit arcade games from a time when we didn't have a care in the world.

I'm actually moving house this weekend (wish me luck!) so I definitely won't have any time for traditional gaming, but I wanted to join in with the chat regardless as I'll likely be playing with a very different approach.
I finally got around to picking up Super Mario Maker 2 this week, and after playing some courses and making my way through the early stages of the Story mode, I'm feeling inspired to make my own course for the very first time. I'm sure when I do get around to it it'll take a lot of trial and error, but I've just begun sketching out ideas on a piece of paper like the good ol' days. I'll probably keep this on me over the next few days - drawing up any grand ideas ready to build in the game when things are settled. Hopefully it won't be a total disaster!

...Strolls onto a Nintendo Life forum, tells everyone he is playing The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky First Chapter on PSP. Walks away...
(It's great, by the way! Nihon Falcom needs to bring Cold Steel to Switch.)
Super Mario Maker 2, Final Fantasy X and Bloodstained - all on Switch!
Busy weekend, but when I have time, I am going to finally try to finish the Radiant Historia remake. I have a few other RPGs on my DS/3DS backlog to get to, so, maybe I will have the opportunity to finish DQ6 as well!
Finished Bloodstained RotN, which scores a decent 7/10 in my book. Some more Dirt Rally 2 and GTA V for me this weekend. Really enjoying GTA, but the only thing letting me down is the music, which doesn't float my boat at all.
I got Resi 4 in the eShop sale, and I have to say Playing with Dual Anlogue controls are awful.
I have been spoilt with Wii Controls in the past, and I think the game is a whole lot worse without them.
I really hope Giro gets patched in, but not holding my breath
I'll be playing Horizon Chase Turbo and Golf Story with a friend off and on after work.
I'm playing a bunch of games I got on eShop sale the past few days.
Mario Maker 2, Team Sonic Racing, maybe some other things I picked up retro and otherwise...
Have broken free from Isaac for the moment, and am getting into Enter The Gungeon. I like it so far... I just beat the High Dragun for the first time. 😊 I hope that everyone has a lovely weekend! 😆
More Mario Maker 2!
Busy this weekend.
Still busy with the collection of mana, with secret of mana 2 now.
Going to play some versus in mario maker (its so fun)
And some crash racing.
Have a good weekend all enjoy it!
I'm having a Zelda love in recently so I picked up Cadence of Hyrule despite not playing the original and initially being put off by the gameplay style, I'm happy to say I was wrong though and I'm having a blast with it. Also picked up the Castlevania collection in the sale so that'll keep me busy for some time, got to say that the music sounds great in the Japanese version of Castlevania 3. Then it'll be more Mario Maker 2 as well, and I'm finding plenty of great levels to play
This weekend i will play :

1. Portal Knights (PS4)
2. Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age (Switch)
Continue my progress to Bhujerba.
3. The Sims 4 (PS4)
Continue my building projects.
1. Castlevania SotN - Xbox One
2. Machinarium -Switch
3. StarCraft 2
This is pure gold... the weekend is going to be tremendously great.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71ripBa8Ga8
This week I will be mostly playing
Mario Maker 2
Spla2n
Smash Ultimate
Fullblox
Mega Man 3 (GB version)
I'll putting some time into Godeater 3. Seems that Nintendolife have forgotten it's existence.
Tower Unite
Animal Crossing: New Leaf
Super Smash Bros Ultimate
Finished Yoshi's Crafted World today, but didn't collect everything plus a new area opened up so I'll be slowly doing that over the next few months.
Just started Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze also on the Switch. Played some Tetris99 and got the theme so I won't be doing much more of that this weekend. Maybe play some SMM2 as well. Need to continue with Octopath Traveller and Zelda BotW, put some hours in before Fire Emblem hits.
Wargroove! 175 hours later, finally got 151 stars and now unlocking the last commander.
I’ve been playing Celeste and Tetris 99, my son randomly pulled the Labo Robot we made aaaaaages ago out and started playing it again yesterday. He really enjoyed it and he’s actually playing it right now, it’s fun watching him. Have a great weekend everyone, good luck with the move Ryan!
Gonna finish off story mode in Super Mario Maker 2, then I'm probably done with it. The Nintendo created levels are quite creative, but it's more of a showcase for what can be made. Whereas I was hoping for more standard Mario type levels. Bit disappointing, as I mostly bought it for story mode and the length of that mode is quite short. Oh well... Back to the backlog.
I've been enjoying some of the Williams tables on Pinball FX3. Intense quick games. That and Lego Worlds. Thinking picking up something from the eShop sales.
@PCkid Nice! I'm thinking of digging out the PSP remake of Lunar. It's one of those series I've never actually tried.
So many Mario Maker 2 levels to play... let alone make. Will probabaly also pick up Xeodrifter for $1.
Gonna put some minutes into Axiom Verge, The Messenger, Cybarian, and Bastion.
And I’ve taken to seeking out the final few BotW side quests, with the rule that I must slow-travel across Hyrule.... no horses, no motorcycle, and no teleportation!
Happy weekend!
Still playing Warframe, every weekend and spare time. The best multiplayer Space Ninja game ever made.
Finished Donut County this week, hilarious game. Mario Maker 2 is fantastic. Story mode is great, I am nearing completion. Online levels are good: yes, there are some bad ones, but the good ones are really good. And, I finished making my first level ever--it is boring, but i totally have the desire to make more levels. Mario Maker 2 is a 10.
Plans for sessions in the usual RPG pack (FFXII/XBC/Nelke) and the similarly usual Gems of War/SMBU visits, plus roaming the labyrinthine rooms of Bloodstained. Might do a couple missions in AoT Humanity in Chains. Mario? I think I've had enough for the week as it is - after months of jumping, running, saving, loading and swearing (in varying order) I'm finally through with SMB2 aka Lost Levels. Now to tend to "SMB2" for another unspecified while, and I'll be ready for Super Mario World. Franchise backlogs are harsh masters.😜
Since some count Friday night as "weekend", might as well share having installed the three recent mammoths of my Steam library. Only took two weeks on-and-off! 😅 Had to make a new character and confusedly poke around a completely different beginning in TESO (since the base pack now comes with Morrowind and loads it by default), still figuring out whether I needed all three Disney Infinities installed or not... but then there's coming back to THAT game. What's it been, four years or so? Enough to relive the thrill of rewatching that intro and looking at the title screen with its bittersweet tune, hearing the familiar clicks of battle menus and hearing a quiet voice - now Yukari Fukui's - begin her narrative chronicling "the beginning of the end" in one of the whole franchise's most Shakespeareanly tragic universes. Screw it, the goddamn 60 Gb were worth it after all. And yes, Square Enix, I will put these 60 Gb even on my Switch card and start it all for the third time. Try me anytime you're in the mood to.😏
Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon on the N64 for me. Then some Crash Team Racing on the Switch if I get time....
Despite going overseas for a wedding, the Switch continues to be played.
Downloaded Blazing Chrome prior to flight and loving it. Already at Mission 5 but after many retries.
Also plenty of time to get back into Valkyria Chronicles 4.
I just finished octopath traveler and decided to buy red faction guerrilla. A fun and great game so far!
Finally finished Fire Emblem Echoes postgame and I really enjoyed it, just like the original GBA FE and Sacred Stones that got me hooked in the first place. Was planning on having a break until Three Houses but Baba is You is calling me since I picked it up on sale...
I'm probably gonna play mostly Mario Maker 2 and Tetris 99. I've gotten into Rocksmith 2014 Edition so I'll probably play that quite a bit.
I'm about 30 hours into Okami and I LOVE this game! And I'm also playing Mario Maker 2
Virtua Racing, and maybe some more Virtua Racing.
@Vriess Okami is brilliant, it's not challenging but I don't think that's the point, it's all about the journey.
Currently playing Dream Daddy and having a blast. The writing is so funny.
Hopefully I'll have some time to play BOTW and Tales of Vesperia, but I'm kinda struggling with the combat of the latter.
Civilization 6. Started a game as Kongo yesterday, trying for a cultural win.
@Guitar_bard I also went through the whole 3DS RPG backlog and finished DQ7 about a month ago.
Now I’m churning through Xenoblade 3D with a bit of Mario & Luigi Dream Team thrown in.
I need to stop buying games.
I’m 8 hours into Assassins Creed 3 and bought Child of Light and Mark of the Ninja in the eshop sale - Child of light is absolutely beautiful.
Prob going to end up buying a Wii U as all I really want to be playing is Zelda HD remakes and there’s no sign of them coming to switch anytime soon.
Dragon Quest Builders 2. I'm 5-10 hours into it and that super-addictiveness is back! And took a break to unlock the Tetris 99 theme.
Mario maker 2. Creating a level. I only made 2 levels and played millions
Still BOTW and Persona 5. Got to say though, that Messenger DLC is great. Getting past that that Totem Pole was a tough one 😅
Mario Odyssey, Ziggurat, and Caveblazers on rotation this weekend
@Krull haha great minds nothing interesting until fire emblem so im playing cold steel 2 on ps4
Finished stranger things 3 last night ( the game), so I started on picnic panic. Loving it so far. Also playing some Mario maker 2. Made a new course last night, Step Brothers Themed! Happy gaming folks
Octopath Traveller and Persona 5 for me, in an RPG mood at the moment!
It’s my bday so having a small cookout today and it’s not likely I’ll whip out the switch and play in such a social setting, unlike the switch commercials. 😅
But afterwards I’m sure I’ll have time for more Super Mario Maker 2 (maybe finally finish the story mode) and jump back into Hollow Knight - I never finished the Fool’s Trial in the coliseum.
I’ll also keep playing the “waiting game” for Switch Lite preorders here in the US.
The SNES Mini with Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country, and Kirby Superstar. For the Switch- Smash Bros and Capcom Beat em Up Bundle.
I got hooked onto terraria, again! Plus picked up God Eater 3.
Mario Maker 2 Story Mode, some FFX and still trying to resist the Mana Collection!
Mario maker 2 and Wonder Boy in Monster land
Finally starting Okami this weekend on Switch! Instantly fell in love all over again. I forgot how interactive the game is, being able to startle animals with your bark, grab little rabbits and piglets with your muzzle and carry them around, or surprise NPC's with Celestial brushstrokes.
Hoping to finish Okami this weekend. I bought it on Wii years ago but never even opened it. The HD version seemed like a good excuse to finally give it a go and I fell in love. Other than that, a bit of Tetris 99 to get the Splatoon theme, plus some soothing sessions of Minecraft and continuing my replay of Banjo Tooie. I’m also at the final boss of Punch Out on Wii and I need to learn his patterns and finish him off.
I'll be blitzing through Kill la Kill IF for review! So far it's quite good. While I wish it were a 2D fighter like DBFZ, it's still gorgeous and intense with lots of flashy combos.
Stella Glow if I have time.
@Ulysses Haha, I posted my comment without reading the ones prior only to see that we said basically the same thing about Okami sequentially.
Just started Celeste and I’ll probably play some more MM2
I'm currently getting a lot of joy out of Golf Story. Makes me want to hit the links, but with 110 degree heat index here in Texas, that ain't happening
Anno 1800 for PC. I sold my Switch this weekend 😅
I'll get the refreshed Switch when it comes out (I'm sure there'll be at least a minimal refresh to improve screen size ratio, increased storage, etc).
Hopefully that'll be around the time Mario Kart 9 is released.
Currently having a blast with Yakuza Kiwami on PS4. Also picked up Yakuza 6 on sale.
In regards of the Switch, playing Diablo 3 still and started playing Stardew Valley.
In case anyone is interested, pixel junk monsters 2 premium edition, which includes the main game plus 2 DLC, is cheaper than the standalone game right now. I'm not sure if it's on purpose or a mistake but the standalone game costs 7,49 € , and the premium edition costs 6,59 €.
I tried the demo months ago and it was nice, so i bought it this time.
Have a nice weekend you all!
It's my Birthday today! I'll be playing Mario Kart and Smash with friends, and whatever I get in addition to that. Edit: Added Puyo Champions, Lethal Leauge Blaze and Mario World on the 3DS
@MushHill_Act1-1 oh, and mario maker
On my 2nd playthrough of Blazing Chrome. Best thing I can compare it to is Bloodstained Curse of the Moon. It really feels like a lost Contra game from the 16 bit gen (like Bloodstained CotM feels like a lost 8 bit Castlevania game). Both are some of the best Contras and Castlevanias I've ever played.
Almost unlocked everything in the ammonomicon in Enter the Gungeon, had spent the last week killing the past of everyone in their alt costumes to get their alt starting weapons.
Probably load up some more Super Mario Maker 2 maps. Found a couple dozen really good ones so far I've downloaded so I never lose access to them. (And bookmarked their creators in case they make some more awesome.)
After approximately a billion hours, I finally finished Xenoblade 2!!! Which means I get to attempt to finish several other games before I finally get around to wasting another billion hours on Breath of the Wild, which I still haven't played since I bought it like a year ago. First, though, I'm finally going to finish Aegis Defenders!
I got back on Final Fantasy X and I've been loving it.
Bloodstained and Tales of Vesperia day on the Switch. Persona Q2 on my 3DS
Fortnite (Switch) - Been playing more with my brothers recently
L.A. Noire (Switch) - Vice desk has had some messed up cases so far
Velocity 2X: Critical Mass Edition (Vita) - Got this for my birthday, so having a go with it.
Microsoft Flight (Games For Windows) - Still on a Let's Play.
Mirror's Edge (Windows Phone) - Still on a Let's Play.
Not sure what to play this weekend, I'm thinking about Dawn of the Breakers since it's been awhile since playing and there's an event going on when I went for my daily log-in. Maybe another Nintendo system game, or a PC game, not sure which one yet.
@PCkid Fantastic taste!Selling my copy of Luna and Luna 2 was the biggest regret I ever had.
Super Mario Maker 2 is incredibly diverse and fun. Tetris 99 needs many, many more skin and music choices! I like the three they've released so far. I'll also be playing Party Golf, Koral(so disappointing that it doesn't run at a perfect 60fps! Looks like 50 or 55fps to me), baba is you, estiman(love this simple 60fps puzzle game with great atmospheric music!), and Dragon Quest Builders (the original game, which runs beautifully at 60fps in docked mode! I love it!).
I'll be playing ALOT of Graveyard Keeper again as this game has it's nails truly dug right in and I can't leave it alone!
Octopath Traveller and Tetris 99 will be given a fair amount of play too.
On the Ps4 Assassins Creed Odyssey and Dragon Quest Builders 2 will have my attention.
Streets of Rogue. This game is so good and very original with tons of depth. The Switch version runs wonderfully too (unlike many recent releases) Seriously, check this game out. This game needs more attention.
Final Fantasy XII, maybe some various NES games too. Tetris 99 as well, due to the Splatoon thing; almost forgot about that.
EDF 5 very recently came out on Steam. I will be shooting giant bugs to protect the Earth this weekend with my friend. Oh, and I will continue my story grind in Final Fantasy XIV Shadowbringers.
Can't resist a little Mario Maker 2 here and there either.
God Eater 3
Dragon Quest Builders 2
Mario Maker 2
Valkyria Chronicles 4
@Teksetter happy Birthday, enjoy your day
@thesilverbrick I think you two have convinced me to try Okami, my cousin loves it and bought it for a second time on Switch but I’ve never tried it.
@MushHill_Act1-1 Happy Birthday! Have a great day, let us know if you get any new games.
More XB1 stuff, maybe I'll finish off the Lego expansion for Forza Horizon 4 along with the usual Halo 5 and MCC.
Just got Quest Hunter for Switch, looks like a very casual Diablo style game, but was at a decent price, and have solid reviews on Steam. This weeks surprise for me.
I don't have a lot of time because of work, and I have to do inventory tomorrow, but I am trying to squeeze in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 when I get the chance, and I'm not dead tired. I'm probably going to buy Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night physical, and have that ready to go for Monday's update.
This weekend I'll be playing Job Simulator and The Exorcist on the Oculus Quest. Then I'll be playing a bit of Marvel Ultimate Alliance on the Wii in preparation for MUA3 next week.
Still playing through Red Faction Guerilla
In between the brakes of work (yes... I do work on weekends... ) I'll try to finish tales of vesperia, and in the middle I'll play some Mario maker 2, when I get bored of grinding 😂😂😂
Blazing Chrome, Lethal League Blaze, and Smash (always)... Bloodstained on PS4.
This weekend I'm playing Darkwood on the Switch. I've been a huge survival horror fan since the mid 90's and have played every horror game I could get my hands on since then, and I can safely say that Darkwood is one of the very best. =)
Not feeling the Mario Maker 2 love. Slay the Spire and XC2 instead
Just been to Hyper Japan (UK) so I’ve had a taste of all the latest games out soon 🥳
Mario/Sonic Olympics has a different control scheme from the others but very playable.
Link’s Awakening is everything you may remember (for those of a certain age!) but brought up to date with new features, the art style is so good.
Sword n Shield is just as good as always - still not sold on Dynamaxing but looking forward to the raid battles.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 is very good, lots of action and the characters look how they should too...
Mario Maker 2 was loved by the family, I’m not as keen on it but the new gameplay ideas keep it fresh.
Luigi Mansion 3 ... just buy it, it is amazing!
Didn’t get to try Cadence of Hyrule, looks good but I wasn’t sold on Crypt .. will retry the demo and consider from there.
Same demo for Daemon X as released on eshop before but looked brighter. Son completed the demo, lost his mech suit right at the end but took down the boss 👌🏾
In summary - Nintendo have a great Q3 lineup and with the Switch lite for the younger generation (or older handheld gamers), the future is Ninten Do.
@BANJO I can’t help but clap
Bloodstained ritual of the knight
working on Mario maker 2, mortal kombat 11 and smash for switch,
resident evil 5 for xbox x
Super Mario Maker 2, as well as Tetris 99 to get the Splatoon theme. I'll be playing Banjo-Kazooie too. Maybe play Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for a bit as well.
@Mgene15 Thanks, it's a classic.
I'm Impact, dash, dash, dash!!!!
@charlieonholiday
Oh wow! I am trying for most of the great 3ds and DS rpgs, but probably won't do all of them.
DQ7 was incredible. 8 even more so. Oh man, I love the Mario & Luigi games. They are just like pure comfort food
As for Xenoblade 3D, I like it, but I just can't get around to finishing it. My save is somewhere over 100 hours, and I just get burnt out playing it too long.
@Ghostmutt I imagine a review will pop up next week 6/10
idk, this weekend I'll be most likely playing:
Super Mario Maker 2
Super Smash Bros Ultimate
Stardew Valley
Xenoblade Chronicles 2
Not next week, but the week after that, I'll be playing Fire Emblem Three Houses.
Final Fantasy XIV and Dragon Quest Builders 2
I have been alternating between Zelda BotW and Bravely Second but mostly playing the later. I really like the new jobs that appear in this sequel.
@Lord from your previous comments, I guess you didn't enjoy the demo as much as I did. Each to their own I guess, but I would give it 8/10
@Guitar_bard I’m about 120 hours into Xenoblade. As I fly a lot, those airport lounges have been great for getting through this and the 3DS’ awesome RPG library.
I have found Xenoblade so absorbing and one of the reasons I am looking forward to the Switch Lite is to play Xenoblade 2 on the go.
@charlieonholiday
I can completely understand that! I used to fly for work nonstop, and the 3ds really served me well. Nothing like getting through some long layovers with some great rpgs
I am looking forward to playing Xenoblade 2 as well. I am so happy with the 3ds that I'm just not ready to make the "Switch"
Any time I travel my 3ds and an RPG or 2 are always in my bag.
Let's Go: PIkachu. I have developed a new appreciation for my Switch since they announced the downgraded version.
Super Mario Maker 2 for me!!!
I got these in the mail, but I have to wait until my birthday to be able to play them! I’m excited!
Everyone have a blessed weekend!
Played some Metroid Zero Mission this morning. Will probably go for some Mario Maker 2 story later, maybe some smash too
@CaPPa How r u finding the Quest so far ?, it's kinds like the "everyman's" VR headset...
@misterman Glad someone else is loving streets of rogue!!! Bought it this morning and it is genius- I love the huge difference the individual characters make- along with all the modifiers this will last a huge amount of play throughs... My resolve to not buy anything in the sale also lasted about 10 mins so also have x morph and nidhogg 2 to play. Lethal league blaze also looks amazing and the original on ps4 was a huge time sink for me and mates couch co op..... AAaahhhhh......
I’ve just started Diablo III, first timer here
Also play a lot of pubg on Xbox.
Smash bros, duh!
Ys VIII and Dr. Mario World for me.
Finished Yoshis Crafted World, it's one of my favourite Switch games, really enjoyed it and completed 100% - took around 30 hours.
Now onto Smash Bros. Ultimate at last, great fun even in single player.
@MushHill_Act1-1
Happy Birthday! It’s mine today too 😁
We actually share it with Harrison Ford and Patrick Stewart so I’d say July 13 is a quite awesome day to be born.
Hope you enjoy it!
@MartyFlan
Thank you! May you enjoy the day too.
I see you’re a huge MJ fan - hopefully you can get your kiddos to appreciate the King of Pop. My girls basically groove to whatever’s catchy.
If only Sega would include Moonwalker on the Genesis/MD Mini!
I'm playing Lust for Darkness, Super Mario Maker 2, and Gems of War this weekend. And then, the least fun game, Catching-Up-On-Work.
I made a Mario Maker 2 level for the metal band, The Three Tremors. Which features three power metal vocalists at once; Tim “Ripper” Owens, Sean Peck, and Harry Conklin. I got the idea thinking of the song Invaders From The Sky, and the Mario 2 boss Tryclyde. Sean actually got a huge kick out of it. Lol.
5JX-983-M2G
Also check out my level called De”Boo”ing Mario’s Picross. I got the idea from the new Hammer ability in 3D World mode. The new desert layout and Mario wearing a hard hat with a hammer gave me an idea. The way he can kill boos and smash certain blocks with it too. So now Mario goes into an old haunted Game Boy with his picross hammer to defeat the 13 boos (Scooby-Doo reference.)
SBJ-9C0-VYG
And it was recently the deceased Eric Carr’s birthday. So I’m working on some intense comic book style fan art. Its a good excuse to practice.
Finished the Octoling Expansion in Spaltoon 2. Inner Agent 3, wow what a tough battle! Playing through the Sevii Island quests in Pokemon FireRed.
@Teksetter they love him, so do my nieces and nephews, the youngest of which is only three! My sons favourite song is You Are Not Alone, my daughters is Earth Song. Your reply has made my day, thank you.
What was supposed to be a lax weekend has turned into a busy one. Eh, at least I made some decent progress on the Figure Out 401k Retirement game for my new job. I really make an effort with this stuff, but I find it as interesting as watching paint dry.
On the actual gaming front....I'm still doing random post-game stuff in Pokémon Ultra Sun and hope to wrap everything up before I head on vacation in a couple weeks. I also might pick up Yoshi's Island again; I haven't really been playing it much. As usual, I'll likely shove in a bit of Pokemon Go tomorrow.
Happy gaming!
@Sim1
It's great, everyone that's used it has been wowed by the freedom it allows. It's not the greatest in terms of graphics but I liked it enough to buy a new headstrap for it and Ive got about 30 games/apps already. I want more though, especially roomscale style games.
Played The Messenger on Friday and beat it twice. Still one of the best games I have ever played and the DLC is great.
And tonight we played Blazing Chrome. We had so much fun, that we finished it three times. But our last run still doesn't pushed us into the highscorelist. Again tomorrow! This weekend was a blast!
British GP weekend!!!, so playing F1-2019 mostly.
But, Day Dreaming of Fire Emblem 🙂
Elevator Action.
Maybe some Minecraft with my daughter.
And, Blossom Tales.
DQ Builders 2 this weekend. MUA3 next weekend. Fire Emblem the following weekend
I bought Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition a week ago. Thinking about starting that.
Also thinking of restarting Hollow Knight.
Also want to run through Old Man's Journey. So many games so little time.
DragonQuest Buiders 2, Mario Maker 2, and Cadence of Hyrule. A whole lot of building and grooving I guess.
@Teksetter and Tom Kenny! Happy B-day to you too!
I am playing a fee of my brother's levels that he made, and I am furthering my addiction into the awesomely challenging gameplay of Crash Team Racing!
Just bought Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy on eShop Wednesday so I will be playing that. Also finally got to the final trials of the trial of the sword in BOTW so I want to finish that and perhaps some more Trine and/ or The Last Remnant Remastered.
I got past the first zone in Crypt of the Necrodancer today! I am also playing Mario Maker 2 and Williams Volume 1 and 2 in Pinball FX3
Dragon Quest Builders 2, but I'm very disappointed by the loading times and poor performance of the Switch version. It feels so slow and sluggish, it's actually putting me off playing it.
Mario Maker 2. I'm eventually going to get Blazing Chrome, but I still have to finish Hollow Knight and The Messenger DLC. I just can't have too many 2d action games bouncing around in my head at once.
@Krull
You're going to adore it, I swear it's impossible to not be in love with it.
@Wazeddie22
How dare you sell these wonderful games ?
@CaPPa I hear u loud and clear, look out for "Tea for God",that's gonna satisfy your "thirst"...The upcoming PSVR2 is gonna b insane, Sony have been talking just now about Gran Turismo potentially supporting VR play...gulp..
@Sim1
Yeah I've been playing Tea for God, it's a pretty amazing concept that really works well. I can't wait to see a finished version and hope that other games take notice. A Star Wars Dark Forces game using that kind of play space would be incredible.
