I never played it, but from what I can gather from the internet, the last game on Switch bombed (especially in Japan). That’s probably why.

I recently started playing the original base version for Switch. I can’t understand people saying it’s a buggy mess, with hard crashes, etc. I must be 60-70 hours in and haven’t encountered a single bug, crash or whatever. The only thing of note was the frame rate dipped dramatically for about 2 seconds whilst I was running towards a dragon last night. That’s it. Other than that, it’s been perfect. Seriously. Are we playing the same game?

I saw one person comment that the frame rate takes a significant hit after installing the Anniversary edition. Is this true? That would stop me buying it.

I just bought the first one on sale. I had to battle through the opening few hours to wrap my head around it. It is a dense and confusing game. I’m glad I did as I am really loving it. It has a really good, dark fantasy sense of adventure. Almost LoTR-like in vibe in some parts.

Can’t wait for the sequel now. Consider me converted.

I liked the sound of this, until I saw the trailer. I really dislike the art style (looks like fan art) and the song in the trailer (if indicative of the game’s music) was horrific. Not much gameplay on display either.

This error is happening to me. I downloaded the update before they pulled it and now I cannot update any games. Very frustrating. I’ll take a free eShop game as compensation, Nintendo. Post haste, please.

The price is offputting, but Rock n Roll Racing was, is and always will be awesome.

@Roam85 Same here. I must have rented it from the video shop 50 times when I was a kid. I loved this game so much. Didn’t end up buying it until I was an adult, though lol. I had to have it in my collection.

I go for a power walk or a run 6-7 days a week. 45-60 minutes of free weights 5-6 days a week. 20 minute Ab circuit 3-4 days a week. Eat 100% home cooked meals. Drink 2-4 litres of water per day. And make sure I get at least 10-20 minutes of direct sunlight every day.

This all ensures I will live to 100 years old (or 42, it could go either way, lol).

I like the idea of this game, but I find the art style off putting.

I hope Nintendo localise the Super Famicom Fire Emblem. I downloaded a fan translation once, but it didn’t work properly and I haven’t tried again since. I REALLY want to play it.
