Will they release a switch 2 physical copy though?

Given up with this game, got to rank D and was so bored.

DK Bananza 100% deserves it (except cutting part of the game out and charging is extra as DLC…). MK World shouldn’t even be listed, it’s a terrible game.

How does the Switch 1 version run on the Switch 2 I wonder? Only buying physical so will have to get the Switch 1 version annoyingly

I wish he was in charge of Mario Kart’s development, Kirby Air Riders looks like such a fun and complete game day one, it’s not even a game I’d normally pick up but 100% will be with this. No DLC planned, tonnes of modes and options, complete on cartridge and lookalike great fun!

Really regret buying this game, it’s terrible in every aspect except the fighting mechanics (I prefer the traditional turn based but it’s refreshing I guess).

Not surprised the sales are 40% less than Arceus, this has to be the worst and most disappointing Pokemon game to date. I have in my collection and played them all. The only positive for me is the refreshing combat system, everything else is so lazy and clearly had the smallest budget.

I can’t get over how small this game is, been playing it most of the day, this game should be £35 at most.

Since I got the Switch 2 on release day, I’ve only bought 2 games. I used to buy 20+ a year for the Switch 1 and have a good sized physical collection.

This was 100% cut from the main game, absolute cash grab and I won’t be buying. From what I’ve seen and heard, how was this given a 7/10??

Really disappointing direct, the paid dlc announcements really ruined it for me, Bananza just came out, so they ripped a portion of the game out and then Pokemon Legends day 1 DLC…

Long overdue, I am really excited for this!! Hope everyone else is and enjoys it too!

Sonic x shadow is a great price on the shop for Switch 2, have been waiting for a sale on this

The performance is concerning, targeting 30fps (which is not acceptable for a shooter), and frames are reportedly not hitting 30 consistently

I’m really hoping for a bigger holiday release than this, Bananza has been amazing and I’m really looking forward to Metroid 4 but so far the Switch 2 feels very lacking. Mario Kart World has been one of the biggest disappointments in gaming for me and has not gave the best impression of the switch 2 so far.

This is the worst Mario Kart game of them all. It has so much potential but it’s too far off reaching it.

@Sambuc 100%! I’m very glad this is coming to switch 2! Will be waiting for it to drop on sale though via download as it’s not a real physical, Borderlands historically have dropped on sale drastically after a couple of months

7/10?? Really?? More like a 4, 5 maybe if being really generous. This score and the Mario Kart World score of 9/10 (wtf???) have thrown a lot trust away in Nintendo Life for reviews.

Even with all these points highlighted in this article, how and why on earth did this game get a review score of 9???

Love the switch for old games, dislike the screen against OLED though.
Only having MK World as a first party launch game has been really underwhelming as it’s the worst in the series, so just been playing Zelda again.
Really looking forward to more first party games and DK.

Only a 7/10 for me, this game is so disappointing it’s unreal, unless Nintendo are quick to make drastic changes.

Too many straight roads, close to no 3 lap races, it feels slow, grinding and wall riding are close to pointless and slower, no story mode, not enough options, no statistics anymore, awful character and kart select screens, still no online Grand Prix mode, free roam is boring and pointless (stickers, really?).

Its such a shame as the graphics are beautiful and I love the knockout tour mode, and rainbow road is epic.

The track that’s not just a straight road and has 3 laps! Some questionable choices were made at Nintendo.

In all seriousness, Rainbow Road is epic!

Wish we had a 30th anniversary collection for the Switch at least, see the popularity for a new version!

Personally I would suggest some interactive bits and bobs for us fans during these 'dark times' for good continuity, you posted about a Pokemon Sword and Shield 'Battle Ready' Porygon 2 last week Wednesday but didn't follow up with a code which was presented to withdraw from a live event, would be happy to help in my spare time should you wish.
