Re: Random: People Are Still Making Awesome Nintendo Switch TV Displays

@Beermonkey I'm not talking about every child in the world. I know that the odd case of yours does happen. I was really young when someone bought me the Wind Waker HD Wii U bundle for Chrismas as a kid. It meant a whole lot to me and you bet your wallet I took care of that thing. I even cleaned the screen after every playthrough. Went over to a friend's house to play Smash Bros. 4 (this friend is like 4 years younger than my child self) His Wii U gamepad doesn't show the video at all and has a missing stylus. 2 different kids, the same console. It all matters on the owner of the console to treat it right.

@Tipehtfomottob Remember that this is for a kid's room. I know all those commercials with children playing the Nintendo Switch are deathly inaccurate. I would never put my $300 dollar Console investment into the hands of a child until they are 12. Not to mention the article said, "Future Gaming" it could be the children really are just too young to play with a fragile console. The Wii U is built way sturdier than the Switch (Don't know about Xbox since I don't own one).

Re: Today Is Masahiro Sakurai's 50th Birthday

@KingBowser Well, they say Japan has some of the highest standards of living in the world. Even though COVID-19 probably changed some of this data, we can assume his figure is a sign of great health. Seafood is popular in Japanese Cuisine and it has a lot of healthier benefits vs. other meats like Beef & Pork. I'm sure you've probably seen a picture of Japanese Food before on the Internet. One of the things you may notice are that vegetables are included in almost any meal. This is also incredibly healthy. The combined efforts of eating healthy and physical fitness are the most likely reason why Sakurai doesn't seem to age...
That and because he's worked with Kirby and the likes of Super Smash Bros. He's learned to age like a Cartoon! (Cartoons never age)

@Victorsigg Hate to tell ya, but while everyone loves Lego videogames they have a history of being very buggy at times. This is especially relevant to the new Lego games. Lego City, Super Heroes 2, Avengers, etc. most of them happen to be buggy. However, the gameplay often outweighs the bugs. Also, note that you may experience a long load time. Otherwise, most of the Lego games are an amazing time and if it weren't for the fact Nintendo has to release new games every week I would be playing all the Lego games on Switch.

Re: ARMS Dev Celebrates Min Min's Arrival In Smash Ultimate With Some New Artwork

@Chibi_Manny Min Min was a spirit in Smash Ultimate. Unless the new update removed her in-game spirit she definitely was in the game. As told by other people (mainly Sakurai himself). Volume 1 of the DLC was planned BEFORE the release of the game meaning none of the characters would be Spirits. For example, there was no Piranha Plant Spirit in-game (there was a Nipper Plant and Petey Piranha). However, Volume 2 of DLC Fighters was made AFTER the game was made meaning Sakurai could Literally put whoever or whatever he wants in the game.

Re: 'Reverse Horror' Game Carrion Slithers Onto Switch This Summer

@Tempestryke Reverse Horror refers to games where instead of being scared out of your mind by something orsomeone, you are deliberately causing the horror. If you've ever heard of Dead By Daylight it also follows Reverse Horror but to a lesser extent because you don't always play as the 'monster'. Hope that clears everything up.

@Dman10 Slightly offended, adults play whatever games they want. While games like Pokemon were designed for kids you can't tell me they made a turn-based fighting system that complex for kids. As for Animal Crossing, I used to like it as a kid but not really with this new one the juries out on that. As for not enough "Adult" games on Switch, there are plenty of rated "M" games on Switch but do know that this is still Nintendo you can't expect to find everything you want on it.

Re: Jump Force Deluxe Edition Arrives On Switch This August

@Smashfan508 The Switch has:
-One Piece: Unlimited World Red Deluxe
-One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 and 4 (two different games)
-Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 1, 2, 3, and 4 (Switch has all 4)
-Attack on Titan 2 (I personally like this one the most)
-Re: Zero Starting Life in a new world (another Re: Zero game is launching for Switch as well)
-A Hyperdimension Neptunia game (forgot the title but its there)
-Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
-Dragon Ball FighterZ
-Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization
-Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet
-God Eater 2
-My Hero: One's Justice
-My Hero: One's Justice 2
-Akame Ga Kill Game (forgot the title but its there)
-Jump Force
.... And of course, that's not even counting the games that were made with an "Anime" influence. Like Forgotton Anne, or Blazblue Cross Tag Battle.
