@Chunkboi79 Have you tried the Pokemon side games (i.e. Mystery Dungeon, Battle Trozei, Coliseum, Ranger Series) I feel like youd like those. They all take a different approach to the genre.

@Chunkboi79 there's no point in holding out. If you wanna buy the game just get it then. Although, I understand your point of view. I really did feel that Sun/Moon did reinvigorate the franchise but that might just be me...

@Heavyarms55 They do make a ton of Anime fighters, but this is a sequel with which we only have a teaser trailer for. This could fix all of the problems with the first one. I'm looking forward to its' release.

@Chunkboi79 I can sympathize with you on that one. Pokemon, in general, hasn't really changed simply because they want to cater to the fans, nothing really wrong with that. I'll probably get the game. However, I will admit I wasn't as excited for this game as with others in the past (I don't know in particular why). I felt Pokemon Sun and Moon's change of pace was fantastic and I hope Sword and Shield follows up on the success of those two games!

@Chunkboi79 I wouldn't go and say it's doomed. It still pretty popular and opening sales were great! That being said there aren't really many holiday Games for Nintendo this year I can't even think of one.

@CooperFrank The issue comes with reading Hero's movements. If you can't even read it since it's translated differently, then Hero could be using any of his Down B moves and you'd never know it. That is actually pretty serious. you wouldn't tell your Oomph from your Magic Bursts!

@Heavyarms55 It's Fortnite. It's all fun and games. I know Batman doesn't really use guns (although Batman V. Superman he shot some thugs with the Grapnel Gun). Remember this Fortnite Batman isn't the real deal it is more than not a brand logo.

@Heavyarms55 Does a 'Grapnel Gun' count? What about a 'Kryptonite Canister gun'? I'd say he's used guns plenty of times (even though I'll admit the nightmare was a bit of a stretch).

I was in a 4-player game with Joker, Pokemon Trainer (Ivysaur), and a Link. After using the Villagers' Axe to kill Link, I went on to kill Joker using the Bowling Ball Side Smash. That left just me and the Trainer. He made some quick movements and I kinda felt overwhelmed... Until a Shovel Downsmash Buried Ivysaur. When it was buried his Trainer Cried out "IVYSAUR!" as I Bowling Balled him to annihilation.

@RupeeClock I second your comment. But do note that the thumbnail used for the article comes from Metroid 2 Samus Returns. So while not technically right it is the Power Suit as Defined by the game thumbnail. Even though Canonically speaking it should be the Chozo Varia suit.

@Chunkboi79 Oh yeah remember Playstation All-stars? Or TMNT (forgot the subtitle in it) for the Wii? They faded into obscurity because they were deemed as Clones even though they were original games. Although the TMNT one is actually a clone. A cloned game doesn't care if it's an original or not. Otherwise, we wouldn't have so many "Super Mario" Games on Mobile Devices lol.

@Heavyarms55 That's exactly how it works! Except it's even easier than that to earn the in-game currency. You should go try it out sometime. It's a 100% bonafide Dueling experience!

@Heavyarms55 Yup I believe it was about Yugioh Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution. Although my little bro pre-ordered the game and I personally saw some gameplay. Getting cards in there is really easy and they give you a handful of very helpful cards like Mirror Force, Rush Recklessly, and Magic Cylinder, to name a few.

I wonder why all the comments are:
"Nintendo did badly when they did (insert negative) Amiibo".
and not:
these outfits look awesome and I'd totally get all three of 'em!

@Chunkboi79 when has a clone of anything been deemed as positive in the gaming community? Especially when 'smash clone' enters the fray. You may see it as a basis for its own individual success but overall, it's not good to call a game a 'clone' of something else. The same reasoning of being a 'cloned' game being its success also can be its downfall. Think of all the indie games that have been called 'Zelda Clones' in the past and have faded into obscurity. Saying something is a 'Clone' can ruin the game. That is all I'm trying to say.

@MagnaRoader If I wanted to keep to myself I wouldn't be on the comments section now, would I? Comments like "This is a Smash Clone" diminishes the value of truly original fighting games. So you do need to get informed and stop writing stuff off so fast. Maybe think before you speak too, Internet aggression on the site can get your comments deleted buddy.

@MagnaRoader This game isn't a Smash clone in any way. They even use health instead of a percentage. Is in Shovel Knight Graphic, Original Characters (no crossovers like in Smash), and doesn't even have the Launch a fighter to kill them mechanic found in Smash Bros. Stop Trolling and get informed.
