Bought both the escapists for my wife.
here we go... the place to create a big backlog so you can have games to play and let Nintendo off the hook until 2021
From my experience, YL and the Impossible Lair, Blasphemous and the Overcooked games are amazing. If you haven't got them yet, I think that's a fair price for them.
Thanks for listing the prices that way, less confusing than last time. 😁
May pick up Yooka 2, the demo was pretty good considering I don't like 2D platformers all that much.
I got both Yooka-Laylee games. Been putting it off for a while but finally budged with that great price.
Mugsters is surprisingly fun for such a cheap and small scale experience.
It's good to see a British company that mainly developed and put out games on the Amiga back in the 90's continue and thrive decades later where other British companies spunked their money up the wall went bankrupt.
Well done Team 17.
Oh, cool, so... the same prices these games are always on sale for.
Are the escapist games worth it for this price?
@DenDen More then worth it I got just the first one and love it so you should get part two.
Is golf with your friends discounted in Europe?
@Mrd8202 teaching her how to leave?
Bought My Time at Portia for around £8 last week. Another one for the backlog. Anyone knows how it performs now since the most recent patches?
Got both of the Yooka-Yalee games and enjoying the first one so far. Can’t wait to play the second one because I love 2.5 platformers
@Mrd8202 if your trying escape for some peace to the pub was that a wise idea.
I might finally try The Escapists now... I have been on the fence for a long time and for this price I might as well take the plunge on 2.
Already purchased The Escapists 2 prior to the sale. Not much for me but Yooka-Laylee and maybe Mugsters. Kinda low on cash.
Would I enjoy Yooka-Laylee if I had loved and completed Banjo-Kazooie but don't have the patience for that game anymore?
(I bought an Xbox One just for Rare Replay and couldn't stand to sit through the game and only finished maybe 1/4 of it during my replay).
Anybody get the Overcooked 2 DLC finally I did? It cost $25. How much do I get out of it. A game's worth? Including the Free Packs?
@JackTako I dunno... I loved Banjo, but I was also 18 at the time.
Yooka Laylee was OK, no sparkle, weird controls, I didn’t stick for more than a few worlds. Far better games to spend time with IMO
Blasphemous is fantastic. Pretty tough though. Had to play the last boss a lot. Also some pretty violent, pseudo-Catholic imagery if that bothers you too (hey, it's called Blasphemous!).
Impossible Layer is good to play with younger kids since the 3D overworld has a lot to do, but almost no enemies. The 2D levels are much harder. Visually it's a little dull, but a good deal at this price.
Get Overcooked 2 and let’s play some versus!!!!! That game is so much fun!!!!!!
Spoiler alert: I’m gonna steal your prepared dishes if you leave them unattended!!!! 😂
I do hope the "all you can eat edition" overcooked 1 levels can be packed and sold as DLC to switch owners.
Everyone should try Worms WMD. It's a fun game and is miles better than that Worms Rumble Garbage
@Pikman YL is only a few games, you probably were nearly done with it. It’s only 5 worlds, pretty short.
Considering Overcooked 2.
I bought the Escapists 2 without realizing there was a bundle. I wish the eshop could just calculate the sale price like Steam does :S
