So nice to see Sky Rogue get love. Fantastic game on PC and on the go. Over the years playing it, the joy of combat and the different variety of planes has been enough to bring me back, many a time.
I'm buying GI Joe. It will probably be crap, but it looks awesome to this old guy. Maybe the Transformers game too. I liked the one like this on 3DS. We shall see. Ghost Runner Im grabbing through Steam. So yeah. Most likely just those, unless that pumpkin game reviews well.
Fantastic game. Its won a lot of awards over the last few years, and 26k rated it very positive on Steam. Imo one of the best survival experiences out there. If the ports up to snuff, I'll definitely double dip.
@Magician You're no longer in charge of frigates and stuff. You're in a fighter, and it's all about dogfighting. Not the naval style of the first. It's also on a full 3d plane this time. Not just combat on a 2d plane. Oh, and theres an actual story. So quite a bit different, which probably was their point.
I despise real life golf, but have always loved golf video games, leaning more towards Hot Shots (but Tiger Woods on Wii was fantastic). This game has grabbed me tho. One of the best golf games I ever played. Was really hesitant to get it, as the swing system sounded scary (3 button presses ftw), but its glorious once you practice a bit. The career mode is a lot a fun, but still simple (no 2k bloat), and I'm really digging buying new clubs and outfits here and there. I highly recommend it.
@Yanina Rogue or roguelike was one of my favorite niche genres in my younger days (late 90s, early 00s). Now, even I'm getting sick of seeing it everywhere.
@Pablo17 I've played it across 2 systems now, over about 3 years. I still have no dang clue what's up. But its dang fun, I got a couple pets, and 3 frames!!!
Been really enjoying Gunfire Reborn on PC. Man I hope that comes to Switch once it's done. A mashup of Borderlands 2 and Ziggurat. Done really, really well. As for Switch, Outer Worlds, Borderlands 2, and Minecraft Dungeons.
Bah. Shes a drunkard. Get her to rehab, not give her another platform to speak on. Especially as since shes a drunkard, she just repeats the same darn thing, ad nauseam. Dang hollywood and protecting their own...
It's a good game (that had a long early access time, and is very indie), that kinda falls apart story wise towards the end. Not something I'll double dip on, as I wasnt a big fan of the combat.
@Anguspuss absolutely. I played it on GamePass originally, and was hankering for another go (but portable, and wanted to give the devs some money), and am surprised that despite the nips and tucks, I'm even more sucked into the world(s) on Switch. Looking forward to the patch to see what else they can pull off.
@Magician I think they did a fantastic job with what they did. This game gives modern consoles and pcs problems. To see it running on a switch, and as well as it does? Amazing. It looks pretty bad in plenty of spots, and when things get crazy, the frames dip for sure, but still an achievement to be proud of. I mean dang, it's basically running on a five year old smartphone. Nuts to me. Whether it shouldve been done/released/is worth a purchase are different questions though. I think Virtuous doesnt deserve anything but praise for their port work here tho.
@JohnnyC Yeah, I couldve worded that better. Wasnt meant as a criticism. The longterm support both BF got was amazing. Hoping Squadrons gets the same. I'm just selfish and want more.
@JohnnyC I have to agree. Once Disney slapped em around a bit due to Battlefront 2s initial release, theyve done some good stuff. Heres hoping theres just more of it. So far we've only had 3 games release? Not counting mobile or Squadrons.
Man. So nice to see Ironcast, Yodanji, Black Future and Sky Rogue get some love. Bloody happy as heck Streets of Rogue and Incisible Inc are on the system now too. Cmon Spelunky. You're the only one missing. I would love to see Unreal Worlds come to the system too tho.

Re: Nintendo Download: 8th October (North America)
GI Joe for me. 12 characters, 18 big ole levels, and co-op survival, sealed the deal.
