So, do any of these games have mouse controls? I wonder if the ones that don't will get a patch at some point.

Don't care about the licence at all, but this just looks like more Cruis'n Blast to me, and that's a very good thing. Not too long to wait too, very much looking forward to this! Thought they might do SnoCross next, which would maybe have been cooler in terms of variety, but definitely not complaining. Raw thrills has also done Alien Armageddon and Terminator Salvation. Those would be nice too, maybe with mouse controls?

For Shadow Labyrinth you can buy the Switch 1 physical and download the Switch 2 edition for free. I hope that's the case here as well. It's an acceptable solution given the not ideal circumstances.

Started this game multiple times, but never finished it for some reason. Do love the visuals and the music, so will give it another go on Switch 2. Curious to see what 120 fps does to the game. Never played anything 120 fps before.

A new 2d Metroid from Mercury Steam is what would get me most excited, no doubt. I'll buy and play Prime 4 , if only to support the series, but I'm a 2d Metroid guy first and foremost.

People complain a lot about New SMB U, which I understand. However, I don't hear people praising Luigi U enough, which I've been replaying recently and which is great. I'm even stunned now and then about how beautiful it looks on the OLED screen. Having said that, my personal favourite will probably always remain SMB 3.

Nintendo will probably argue that their console is not a handheld. With the Switch they've never refered to it as a handheld, to my knowledge. Switch Lite is probably a different story. However, who knows what their products will be in 2027.

Definitely interested! I feel like Switch could use another higher budget arcade racer.

@sketchturner I think the gba is 32 bit actually 😅 but people also consider it as something of a portable snes, so I get what you're saying

Overall it's probably good value. Very disappointed by the selection of Lynx games though.

Wow, I wasn't expecting this! I thought this game was a long way off. Very curious to see what they've been able to do in this 16 bit style.

I think it's great to see that hundred thousands of people are still experiencing Breath of the Wild for the first time.

The only Lynx compilations known to me are the two comps that have come out for the Evercade. That gave me hope for a collection on Switch at some point. Will probably be the same games as on the Evercade. Still getting it though 😁 Now what would really make me happy is the full Konami MSX Antiques collection that came out for Ps1 and Saturn.

Five years of Switch, 100+ physical games, but I've never gotten any special edition. I'm not principally against it, but they just never seem really worth it. I can imagine this being worth it to massive Turtles fans though, the art work is very nice. I'll just probably stick with the standard edition as always.

Tempest 4000 is out. Is a review from NL in the works?

Yep, this is good news, it's more likely that I'll be shopping there again now.

This backwards thing may actually be helpful if I want to transfer our AC island to a Switch Lite for my girlfriend and the rest of the save files to an OLED for me (something I've been considering). Am I correct? Not that I see myself buying two new systems any time soon, but still, it's nice to know that I could do that. I don't care too much about the AC save file but she does 😅

Wanted to use my flipgrip recently, but my left joy con turns off the second I pull it off my Switch, happens every time although it's fully charged. Not buying new ones again, so no flipgrip for me anyway.

@SpiritOfTheHero Same here. I opened up my copy of The Red Strings Club just yesterday and there was a beautiful little manual in there that obviously had some effort put into it. It's not a huge thing but physical Switch games that only consist of the box and the cartridge just always feel a little incomplete.

I'm getting Cuphead should they discount it 50% I've been holding out for the physical for way too long at this point 😅

Hope Cruis'n Blast will sell well overall. I think a lot of people would enjoy it more than Warioware (I know I am!), so it would be a shame if people overlook it.

Was looking forward to playing th Analogue in october, although I had a feeling another delay was likely. Still not convinced I'm holding this thing in my hands come Christmas, but I'm crossing my fingers.

I think it looks pretty cool actually. Reversable cover would be nice though. I'm picking this up, I'm trying to collect physical editions of all the classic indie games. Hope Fez will be added to the LRG line up too.

So cool they added more sports for the sequel. And dungeon exploring 😂 I didn't mind the delay too much, because I had Golf Story still fresh in my mind. I'm getting in the mood to play this though, especially seeing that tennis screen shot. Looks great.

@Snatcher Fair enough. I hope Konami fixes the loading times though and is able to get the word out to people. I may give it another shot if people are reporting it's sufficiently improved. Like I said, I love Bomberman 🙂

@Snatcher that seems to be a problem that game reviewers have to deal with nowadays. If I had to review a game though, I'd review it in the state that I received/played it, what else can you do? I expect as much from the reviewer as well. Maybe it never gets fixed.

I don't think scoring this a 5 is harsh at all. I tried this the day it came out and played a few games. You gotta really love playing bomberman to put up with those terrible load times. Scoring this game 'average' is exactly right. I actually love Bomberman, but I deleted this the same day I downloaded it.

Nice! Glad I'll be able to pick this up from a regular retail store, like the Ori games.

Yay, shareholders. I love Devolver as a publisher, I hope they are able to keep doing what they do, which is publishing all these great and unique indie titles.

I've been looking forward to this one and I'm very much in the mood for something weird like this.
