I understand that people are burned out on retro styled games and that it can be hard to distinguish the good ones from the rest, but this one is actually great and I had a lot of fun with it on 3DS. So don't judge it too fast is what I'm saying I guess.

Thimbleweed will be on sale for 10 euros. Now I have a dillema. Jump on the sale or spent 4x the price and order a physical copy from Limited Run tomorrow.

The cartridges and those small boxes are just way more collectible.
Is there currently a way to preorder in Europe? I've not seen it anywhere yet.

Cool that this is getting a physical release. It'll be my fourth Nicalis published game. Allready own Isaac, Wonder Boy and Cave Story. Looking forward to it!

Was kind of hoping they'd get Golf Story as their first one. This is cool too. I'm gonna try and get it, although I'm guessing my chances are slim.

If it turns out good I will definitely pick this up! Like others have pointed out, a good racer on Switch is very welcome.

@Firehawke I know, but I just can't stand borders and these are the worst. They'd have to come up with some sort of solution for it before I consider playing a collection like this. I don't care if it's not authentic or whatever

If it only uses a third of the screen, like in that screen shot, then no.

Got my switch at launch. I just checked, only botw seems to have been affected by this problem.
I agree, hope we get the equivalent of the 3ds activity log on switch as a repair. That was way better than this.

Just received my import copy of Wonder Boy. Love the music, love the graphics and love switching between old and new music/graphics. So probably will be playing more of that

I'm interested. Looking forward to the review. The screen not being 4:3 is big turnoff for me though. I hate these black bars on the sides. The degree of annoyance depends on the screen size though I might have to see one of these in person before I can decide whether to purchase.

Edit: The screen size is 4,3 inch, which is half an inch smaller than the 3ds XL upper screen. I'm afraid that won't cut it for me.

Didn't know Steamworld Dig 2 already had a release date, nice! Lots of games that I want, especially in May.

I hope they improve the soundtrack for this one. I really enjoyed the demo of DQB, but that same music looping over and over again really annoyed me.

That's it! Getting it for sure now. I liked the demo and loved the soundtrack. Also, I feel like it's an excellent pick up and play style game, even if it's just for a few minutes.

It's nice that they've finally patched it. I would have been pretty disappointed if they'd have left the audio bugs unfixed. I've already finished the game, but I'll give it another go to see how the gyro controls work for me

Never had a chance to experience Gals fighters on NGPC, as it is expensive as hell currently Hope this game turns out as good as it looks, I'm looking forward to it!

I still have game cards that I haven't claimed the gold points for (made no sense to me, as there was noting to spend them on and they would just expire). I wonder if I get more gold points for them if I claim them when the new system has arrived. So complicated

Unfortunately I'm in Europe and will probably end up paying 50 euros for it. Or wait for a Europe release that gets delayed endlessly, like that of Cave Story (that still hasn't gotten a release in Europe)

@Scottwood101 Thanks! I did play through Shovel Knight and it got me pretty frustrated I think it may help to tell myself I don't have to rush through it before I start (Celeste). I'll put this on my wishlist for now, see if they announce a physical edition at some point.

I don't care, but Nintendo should care if they're still aiming to sell 20 million Switches this year.
