@NotTelevision If I wasn't in the gym right now, I would be giving you a standing ovation. Definitely picking up the new Smash, even though I've purchased the previous ones and barely played them.
I was just at someone's home today playing the Fallout 76 beta on the Xbox One and I was not the least bit impressed . The graphics looked identical to Fallout 4 which is not a compliment.
My Switch is five feet from my wireless router and works just as well online as my Xbox One and PS4 which are set up via wired connection. Personally, the Switch is the first Nintendo console that I've owned that didn't have a dkdkdkfnm wireless connection. The Wii and Wii U were both horrible wireless.
I'm going physical (Pikachu) but I will pass on the gimmick controller. If that isn't an option, then digital it is. I just want to relieve Pokemon Yellow with my youngest daughter.
@SegaBlueSky Yup. That controller was a game changer. Nintendo Fanboys can keep lying to themselves all they want but the 6 button Sega control pad was the definitive controller. If Nintendo had released the exact same SNES pad but with the top buttons coming down to the front, Nintendo would have had a contender. Still a great pad but come on, SF does NOT play as well on the SNES compared to the Genesis port because of the shoulder buttons. Fact. Not opinion.
I grew up with the NES. Loved it! When it was time to upgrade to something better Sega made that decision easy when they released Sonic. There was nothing like it at the time. It was Mario on speed and it was and still is a beautiful game that plays and sounds great. Plus Sega was pushing arcade games hard before Street Fighter 2 was even a thing on the SNES. And sports games played and looked better on the Genesis. But boy did I miss out on so many great RPG's. Secret of the Mana to this day is still one of my favorite SNES titles, as well as my favorite RPG and multiplayer game. Going to my friends house and playing the SNES was always a good time. TMNT Turtles in Time. Come on, how can anyone not like the SNES. Still didn't stop me from talking smack at the school playground but that's just how it was.
@AxeltheBuizel Yup. I bet the Titanfall series would do better on the Switch than on PC/PS4/Xbox One combined. Just needs a significant downgrade in graphics. I'm all for a return to the simple polygon glory days of the early Mech Warrior games.
Oh come on. Ghost of Mars is one of those it's bad but it's enjoyable types of movies. Like Street Fighter The Movie. Love that movie. It's even better in Spanish believe it or not.
Nope. I live in the US and pay $100 a month for 400 mb(d)/40 mb(u) and because of the internet monopoly Suddenlink has in my area, the service is hit or miss. Best of all, when I call to complain, it's always something wrong with MY hardware first and foremost. We are many, many years away from streaming being a viable option, let alone a replacement for capable, physical hardware.
It looks ugly. There I said it. I love the concept but it needed to look more like Coco and not this atrocity. The truth is it's not visually appealing. If you took this game and put it next to Splatoon 2 or Fortnite or Overwatch, and then you manged to find 1,000 kids that never played any of those four games and this game would lose every time. More kids would line up to play any of those other games and then would continue to play them because they play as good as they look.
Pass. I'm done with the toys to life games and thank God so are my kids. Lets be honest, these games are not that great and yet they score remarkably high with reviewers.
I've been on an indie downloading binge streak on the Switch since summer began. I am disappointed that this week the only game I am interested in is Mario Party.

@the_beaver Because decimals suck....If it was good enough to be a 9, then it would have been a 9. Why are TEN numbers not good enough for you? And I say this light heartedly.
I'm certain I've played at least one game in the series on the Genesis and enjoyed it. I'm glad to see Sega putting out classic games out on the Switch. I'll pass on this one. Hope this does well enough to greenlight a Ranger X release. And Shenmue 1 and 2.
Wait, if Nintendo expects me to own FOUR pairs of Joycons, they can kiss my @$$. I hope I'm wrong and each individual Joycon is sufficient for every mini game.
I spent a small amount of time with a handful of the games included and I loved EVERY second of it! Please support this. I want, NO, I NEED the Disney Capcom NES collection on the Switch. Plus, if this does well then maybe Capcom will dish out the money for for the licensed beatem ups such as Punisher, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs and AvP.

Dear Capcom,
Please release a port of Disney Afternoon Collection.
Respectfully,
Every Gamer Who Grew Up With An NES
Re: The Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle Update You All Asked For Is Now Live
Okay then. I thought it was just fine the way it was but I won't say no to an update that adds more features.

Re: This Lovely Super Mario Maker Edition 2DS Is A Black Friday Bargain
That is not a steal. It was the same price last year with Mario Kart 7. Good price but for aging hardware, I wouldn't call it a "steal".
Re: Nintendo Download: 1st November (North America)
Full Metal Furies is amazing. Shame I bought it on the Xbox One.

How long before we see a video from Digital Foundry ? I am curious to see how this stacks up against the PS4 version.
Re: Over 50% Of Nintendo Switch Online Subscribers Have Purchased The Annual Plan
Family plan for the win. Now I can justify purchasing an additional Switch for the home thanks to cloud saves.
Re: Random: Sega Shares 10-Hour Mix Of Sonic Adventure 2’s Pumpkin Hill Rap, Because Why Not?
Not ashamed to admit this, I like that song. The level sucked but the song was so catchy it was hard to get mad while playing it.

Shenmue 1 and 2, immediately followed by Skies of Arcadia. Get Capcom in on this as well Sega!

Meh. I can play these games whenever I want. It just feels better on Nintendo hardware.
