I don’t play Xenoblade, but I really don’t mind. I think a mixture of accents could be cool though. Imagine a party of characters with British accents, American accents, or even Australian accents! I think that would be interesting haha
I’m honestly totally fine with this. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is already my favorite Mario Kart game, so 48 more tracks is AMAZING! I do kind of wish that they weren’t doing it in waves for over a year though. I think that 2 packs like the original game would have been better, but oh well.
SUPER happy to see Salmon Run returning! I thought for sure the game would come out in June though haha. It technically could, but considering Mario Strikers, I’m betting on July.
@1UP_MARIO I’m definitely with you. Mario fans get treated WAY better than fans of many other franchises, but that won’t stop us from hoping for new games!
I KNEW it would be announced today! I thought the direct would be on Thursday though, so I’m glad to be wrong! I’d love to see some already announced games, but most of all I hope that at least one new game will get me really excited (Super Mario Odyssey 2 would make me ecstatic)!
Pokémon Legends Arceus (I haven’t gotten as far as I’d like to have, but I’m having fun), Halo Infinite (just bought the campaign and it’s pretty good so far), and Fortnite with friends.
Pokémon Legends Arceus, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Fortnite, and maybe LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 (I got a bunch of LEGO games on Xbox because they were on sale for really cheap).
I’m 100% a gameplay over graphics kind of person, but when it comes to textures and especially frame rate, I get a little more concerned. I think Legends Arceus looks pretty alright overall, but I think some more polish could have been beneficial.
More Korok hunting in Breath of the Wild (currently have around 400) for gaming by myself. For multiplayer I’ll probably be playing Fortnite, Splatoon 2, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Enjoy your weekend everyone!
I’m honestly a bit surprised that there was only one Nintendo game on here, especially Animal Crossing. Animal Crossing is not really my thing but I thought the game had been losing steam since its launch. Guess I was wrong, huh?
I’d like them to keep the “Nintendo Kart” elements to a dull roar. What we have now is great in my opinion because it is still definitely Mario Kart, just with some other Nintendo influences.
@blindsquarel I think it has improved since launch but not completely. I played it at launch in handheld mode and had a pretty good experience so if you’re interested I’d say it’s worth it.
For gaming by myself I just began the grind to collect all of the Korok Seeds in Zelda: Breath of the Wild as the last major thing to do before the sequel comes out (currently have about 300), I’m thinking about doing a playthrough of Bowser’s Fury as a nice contrast to Breath of the Wild, and I have also been playing a bit of GTA V’s story mode just for something different to do every now and again. I’ve also been playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Halo Infinite, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for some multiplayer with friends.
I’ve been a Pokémon fan since I was a kid and the series was one of my absolute favorite game series’ back then. I still like it, but I have felt a little disappointed by it on the Switch, so I’m really hoping this game will impress!
While I do think it would be cool to see characters like Samus on the track, I kinda want Mario Kart to STAY Mario Kart. Too many non-Mario characters and tracks would make the series lose its identity in my opinion.
It’s hard to believe that 2022 is finally here! I am super optimistic about this year and I am incredibly excited for Nintendo’s lineup! The sequel to Breath of the Wild and Splatoon 3 are the most significant ones for me so far, but I’m also pretty excited about Pokémon Legends Arceus and Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. I’m not interested in Bayonetta, but I might give Kirby and Advance Wars a try at some point. My number one hope for this year in terms of unannounced games is Super Mario Odyssey 2 for sure! Also, it may be a bit of a stretch but I’d love to see some Mario Kart as well this year. Overall I really can’t wait to play my Switch this year and I hope everyone else has as much fun as I know I’m going to!
I really love the photo mode from Super Mario Odyssey! In my most recent playthrough I took a unique picture in every kingdom as a photo album of sorts. I hope all future Mario games include it!

The presentation had Next Level written all over it!
Re: Poll: Will Mario Kart 8's Deluxe Booster Course Pass Make You Buy The NSO Expansion Pack?
Definitely not, I’m just going to buy it separately. I’ll probably get the expansion if they ever add GB/GBC/GBA and GameCube.

Looks pretty cool. I wish they would’ve stuck with the Miis though. The $40 price tag makes it much better though.

That bridge at the end looks super cool. Really excited to see what other locations this game will have!
Re: Feature: 14 Nintendo Switch Ports We'd Still Love To See
It seems pretty ridiculous that Persona 5 still isn’t on Switch at this point to be honest. I’m not really that interested in it, but come on.
Re: Kirby And The Forgotten Land Scores March Release Date, New Trailer Appears
I wasn’t really interested initially, as I’m not a huge Kirby fan, but this trailer has nearly convinced to get it!
Re: Round Up: The Reviews Are In For Capcom's Monster Hunter Rise PC Port
