@Funneefox I doubt they’ll change the style, that’s usually pretty locked in from an early stage. I’ve never played any of these but I’d try them if they end up fixing things.

Yeah I’m not gonna gatekeep Mother but I will say if it isn’t Nintendo official then I don’t care. You can love something all your life without knowing it’s true essence. In this case it will be felt in the dialogue which will hit hardest.

Cool maybe they’ll function and all be on the cartridge so I don’t have to waste 40 gigs of microsd space

@HeadPirate I don’t really want to argue over video game stuff, you put a lot of thought into this I can tell but it boils down to stupid people being stupid with their money. What I’m saying is I wouldn’t pay that because I want to buy it from a store and have faith it will get to me. Not paying 200 over msrp and hoping the guy doesn’t send me a rock. You’ve got…. @HeadPirate uhhh that’s a bit far. Scalping has existed before in collectors items and limited products but these are normal consumer products still in production with an MSRP.

@Varkster obviously. I’m sure most people will say it. Nintendo refuses to let people enjoy their stuff. I’m shocked they don’t just sell the boxes of games for 60 dollars and tell any cashier to flip you off. People would still buy their stuff with no game inside.

@Varkster they shouldn’t. It’s not hurting anybody. Nintendo needs to realize people wanting more of their games is a good thing.

Still waiting for a sale. Such a sucker for farming games but I didn’t grab this cuz of the less than stellar overall reviews.

@Jeronan the rail I also have issues but only with some joy on but all of them has a little give. The ones my console came with are still the worst.

@LinkSword good because if he eats food then I also do too just so I can say I do something this man does. He made a video game you know? That makes him the most important thing ever so if I could only grasp at that spark I’d be up there with him. I’m not obsessed I just think that would be neat to have a similar hobby to the guy who made the only video game in the universe. Did you know he rides horses and talks to humans?

@V_Va I agree cuz I’ve never heard of the whole joystick wear over time like car tires thing. I have an n64 controller and GameCube controller that still are fine. Maybe they shouldn’t build joysticks where they grind themselves down for analog input. I do believe how rough people are with them accelerates this issue though.

Because of this site I rarely make exceptions buying games at full price. It’s too easy to wait and know instantly when something is on sale.

I’ll wait for an ironing out until I grab this one. Saw a review on YouTube already and it isn’t looking great but I’m still excited to play it once it is completely done. I’m absolutely positive rockstar will bring it to its best possible state fairly quickly.

@nimnio I’ll chime in too, it’s a great port with good performance and the render distance is perfectly fine at 14 chunks. It’s just as good as other console ports besides the 3ds and so on which aren’t getting updates now. But still not as good as Java.

@negw definitely, checking the history of what Nintendo consumers have wanted or been asking for in the last decade. what do people want? Legacy content, better hardware, reimagine stale IPs bring back old IPs chill with the legal BS cuz no other company is as crazy as them. All found with a few google searches. The money could be spent on the outreach for those efforts. Maybe they could also do some better first party sales.

They’re gonna spend 2.64 billion dollars on what a few google searches can accomplish? Along with try to be more human and not pretend the human element of Nintendo doesn’t exist. No one can really speak with people at Nintendo. It’s only the same familiar faces and no offense to them but I don’t really want to see them as much anymore. I’d rather have a more up front and DIRECT Nintendo. Pun intended. But really why does Nintendo hide in the shadows, drop games seemingly from nowhere then hide again.

To me it is not a great value because it means im basically paying 50 dollars yearly for a DLC I could just buy outright and continue emulating on my M1 Mac android phone iPhone iPad pc xbox etc etc. Point being is pay 25 once for that dlc and emulate properly. Because n64 is kind of a joke and u can get all those Sega games in the Sega 51 classics

@Chlocean Yeah I have a backup of my switch's SD card saved to a 5tb hard drive. Im not deleting that. If I were to lose data on the switch itself it'll have backups. Plus hopefully someone could hack the v2 switch soon so it can live on forever.

@120frames-please dang well with the dynamic difficulty the game has u should be getting more ammo drops if you are below 70

@120frames-please so it isn’t just me! And u aren’t missing many shots either I’m guessing. Anything above 70% accuracy should be given ammo drops but apparently not on switch! That’s the main reason I don’t like the switch version. You eventually are forced to stop playing.

Honestly I wouldn’t mind another DLC. If they come up with something as good as this looks a second time I’d happily buy again.

@120frames-please I deleted my save data and redownloaded the game and still I’ve gotten very few ammo drops from enemies. I’m kinda curious why it’s this bad. Doing the opening village fight on pc I get a ton of handgun ammo drops but on switch I got nothing but money.

I have to ask since nowhere reports it. I've played RE4 on so many platforms and have beaten it around 30-40 times. The switch version never has normal enemies drop ammo is this the same for other players? I have to beat the game using only the scripted ammo drops in containers and lying on tables and benches in the game world and it just sucks. I just played 2 chapters on PC and got DOZENS of ammo drops. On switch i only get money. Is this the normal behavior for anyone else?

@VoidofLight I was gonna do it with the upgrade thing they offer. But with my current membership it would be 30USD. So no. Sadly my dream of playing Majoras mask on my switch is dead.
