Re: Hollow Knight: Silksong Update Announced, Here Are The Patch Notes

@DashKappei You're going from one extreme to the next. You're using a straw man argument. I mentioned a difficulty option and nothing else, I didn't once mention a very hard difficulty a very easy whatever and I don't owe them anything either which is why I won't be buying anymore of their games assuming they make another one. There's also hundreds of thousands of people who haven't completed it too.

We could go back and fourth until we're both blue in the face but tbh I'm too tired for this, I have to be up early in the morning. If wanting accessibility options is me being entitled so be it, I'm not going to change my view on this.

Good night and good luck.

@Ralek85 Hollow Knight was just right Silksong is just artificial difficulty with how almost everything inflicts double damage. People say but healing restores 3 masks which is true but it still requires a full gauge. The guy above mentions variables and how it's not that easy but in this case it really is considering the fact Silksong was originally going to be a DLC. If they made it the exact same difficulty as Hollow Knight I think everyone can be happy and I don't understand why people here are so against that.

@Yosti It's rightfully so because they made it overly difficult when they didn't need to. I work sometimes 6 days a week and to be frank I don't have the energy or will to keep going. Had they of added a difficulty select I and many other Players could have enjoyed the game without the constant repeated stress of having to run through segments again whether it's running back to a boss or just bad environmental trap telegraphing inflicting double damage. To me this is not a real challenge it's just pure artificialality in terms of difficulty. IMHO this is a sequel done wrong in every conceivable way and those praising it just refuse to acknowledge or ignore the game's many glaring issues.

Sonic Rumble though admittedly it's starting to grate more than Fall Guys because of stupid ring limits in place bad level design and appalling monetisation. Sonic Racing Crossworlds Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment Ninja Gaiden 4 and I'll try and continue on with my Digimon Story Time Stranger Playthrough as well.

Re: "It Is Ever More Likely That Nintendo Will Lose" - Firm Faces Another Setback In Battle Against Palworld

LightSpirit

@nhSnork The way I see it is this: Palworld got very popular in the beginning, Nintendo saw it as a threat and decided to take petty legal action. Now that the hype for Palworld has died down it's so apparent that the game was never a threat to Pokémon to begin with.

No good can ever come from a case like this. In the long run the only ones that will gain something is Nintendo, everybody else including you and I will lose. There's no telling the precedent this case could set in the event it goes their way.

Hades 2 Astro Bot Ninja Gaiden 4 Pokèmon Legends ZA StarFox Zero and finally Sonic Racing Crossworlds. I'm admittedly not enjoying that game as much as I was due to the obnoxious rubber banding and insane item spam but I want to finish all the Grand Prix cups as I like to finish something I've started. Once all that's done I'll probably jump into the online again.
