Re: Guide: Starting the Battle in Fire Emblem Heroes

KO-Cub

I came from playing Final Fantasy Brave Exvius and a bit of Brave Frontier.
This isn't a bad game, tho my issues are that 4 units per team is kinda small, and limits team's to being shutdown if you bring the wrong team. I don't believe there's a support friend system like Exvius, which was super useful, because you can get our team of 5 and add +1 assistance from other players whom have overwhelming stats. But the developers of FFBE make some really good and long fights whether you were top tier or not. If you could also bring a friend unit in this game, it would make the team's more diverse and more interactable with other players. You're all about that, huh Nintendo?

Another issue I think is Very Crucial is learning the character. I haven't found the character bio profiles yet, and it would be a shame if this is never touched upon in later updates. Brave Exvius does this wonderfully with every character having a background and even telling you which game in the series the unit is from. Small things like this is a good touch to gacha games.

Re: Guide: Getting To Grips With EV Training In Pokémon Sun And Moon

@Nagi_Nagisa
And you still have this freedom. If I can play through normally and enjoy S/M without ev training, so can you. No one is forcing you, so you can't say it ruined Pokemon when it adds so much depth and gives people another 200 to 400 hours of extra play time.
It's ignorant to say it ruined a game about "Being the very best."

@Joe Merrick
Please be reminded that your Mimikyu example shows 510 total Ev's when Gen 6 changed it to 508 and 255 to 252.

And also, you don't need to be level 100. At level 50, you can even notice stat changes. 100 doesn't matter since rules set you to 50 anyways. Leveling to higher levels, you start noticing the Ev's upon level-up. At higher levels, putting Ev's on Pokemon give the stats instantly when the Ev's are given (After battle, or consuming vitamins).

Re: Koji Igarashi Would Be "Incredibly Honored" To Make A Metroid Game

"But, from a creator's perspective, the reason why I wanted a female character is that male characters are very dry. Typically, very straightforward and... just meaty. "I'm the main character and I kill the enemy. Done." It's very macho... a very blunt storyline."
Really IGA? Really? Like... Really?

Re: Review: Mega Man X3 (New 3DS / SNES)

X3 is my favorite. It is quick btw. I can finish this game and realize that only 2 to 3 hours of my day was spent and worth it.
Level design was very nice. The way they flow from X to Zero in the first prologue mission is clean and hype. Replayability is great. A 6 is a disgusting rating for a game with so much great music, designs, gameplay and cut scenes.

Re: Metroid Prime: Federation Force Power Bombs in Japan

I bet it could have gotten more sales if it was advertised, with maybe the 30th anniversary logo on it. I've never seen a FF ad on my TV.

I mean, c'mon Nintendo, if you're gonna release this as the 30th anniversary game, go hard or don't release it at all. Grow some balls and own up.

@BensonUii Really? Does Mother, FZero come to mind?
