But you have no idea what Switch actually costs Nintendo to produce.
They have to try to make a profit with a brand new product and I'm sure they have priced it as competitively as their costs would allow.

I don't think physical copies will disappear altogether. At least I hope not.
Much like the resurgence in vinyl record sales, a lot of people like the idea of buying something, unwrapping it, looking at the cover artwork before playing.
It's just more fun to actually own something.

No rewards for buying a physical copy of a game is a big turn off for me.
I enjoy collecting games, new and old.
Can't see myself bothering with this.

Best news I've heard in a while
The Cing games were brilliant and it was a massive blow to hear they had gone bust. It was a surprise at the time because I thought the games had strong sales.
This could be really, really good. Can't wait to see if it comes to Europe.

I too cannot support GBA games only for Wii U.

It just makes no sense to tie 'portable' gaming to a home console.

There are plenty of GBA Virtual Console games I would love to buy if they were avaialble on 3DS but it appears that Nintendo do not want my money. Maybe they have enough already.

I do not have a 'new' 3DS console as I am perfectly happy with my Fire Emblem special edition 3DS XL.

I am getting a bit cheesed off to say the least how Nintendo are treating eShop games by making some old games only available on 'new' 3DS.

Surely, there is no reason that Super Metroid will not run on my 3DS.

I feel like I am being rail roaded into buying a new console.

My biggest gripe is no GB or GBA games on 3DS Virtual Console.
I didn't understand this decision when it was announced and still don't understand it now!

An account based system is an absolute must in my opinion.

I would also like to see the ability to 'gift' a game to friends and relatives.

What's happened to GB and GBC games on 3DS Virtual Console?

Cannot bring myself to buy GBA games on Wii U. They just don't look or feel right.

It's a real shame that the poor performance of Wii U has somewhat forced Nintendo's hand on this one.
3DS is the obvious home for GBA titles and I fully understand why so many people are very annoyed at this.
Maybe GBA games will make it to 3DS when Wii U's fate is finally determined (one way or the other).

It seems like more people are getting increasingly fed up with this situation as each week goes by.
Does anyone from Nintendo read this in order to see the frustration?
