Re: Review: Death Road To Canada (Switch eShop)

I once had Jontron and Cinema Snob make a run for the border. They were joined by President Trump and three dogs in a trench coat pretending to be a man and even acquired a hotdogmobile. I only remember Trump and Jontron making it (Snob was apparently allergic to everything in Canada anyway). This game is pretty solid. Great for absurd scenarios and couch co-op but like you said starts to get repetitive between there being only one enemy type and only one end game. I'm hoping one day they add special zombies and bosses but I can still recommend this one. Just don't let the Magical Girl anime all over the car.

@MailOrderNinja Personally I don't see why this COULDN'T be for us as much as for the kids. Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks and quite a few other studios can make animated films that appeal to everyone they just need to have a decent plot, humor that isn't LOL SO RANDOM, a little fan service here and there and good voice actors. Also a plot that ISN'T 90 minutes of save the Princess

Well this could work... With Miyamoto co-producing he can crack the whip and probably either get and actually great (or at least decent) film out or the studio will crumble under the pressure. Despicable Me was actually pretty great, the second one was alright and all their other films I've seen are mediocre more then anything. Illumination is a lazy studio but can make good things they just need to not add any crappy Minion humor to it and make sure the characters are consistent with their games portrayals.

Re: Rumour: New Nintendo NX Controller Images Surface and Set the Web Alight

Crazy Fan Theory Time!
#1 The controller has no buttons because it can form them through the screen , creating the perfect layout for each game.
#2 That's not the controller, that's the consol! The sticks/screen are to support quick startup/menu/multi-player/gameplay and stuff like the CD drive are separate units that work off the cluster system also patented by Nintendo.
#4 This is a decoy Nintendo are deliberately leaking to keep people from spoiling the surprise of what the NX . With all those leaks lately they have to be doing SOMETHING to slow them down.
#5 This is not Nintendo at all but coincidencly resembles their patent. Alternatively Nintendo simply produced a prototype for the patent or as an experiment. Or even this is a very early prototype.

Whatever happens if this is the actual controller I reserve judgement until I actually HOLD the thing. THAT will be the real test. Also those "ball nubs" remind me of the Sega Saturn's 3D controller which was quite satisfying to use.
