I’d totally get this if the Knights of the Old Republic games were actually on the cartridge, but seeing that’s not the case and I already have those digital it’s not really worth it for me.

No backwards compatibility, no buy

I have absolutely zero faith in Hollywood to make a Legend of Zelda Movie that isn’t terrible. God I hope they don’t try to make one.

I’m in shock that people are buying these games in droves. They actually look worse than the originals and are riddles with bugs. Purchasing stuff like this sends the message that subpar work is fine. As long as Pokémon is in the title, I guess people will buy it...

Honestly, the price of the expansion pack is completely outrageous, no way I will support it financially. I already own most of these games on other consoles and only had to pay once. Honestly if Nintendo wants to make more money off of online, they should start by actually offering voice chat on the console.

I honestly hope that Stadia fails, along with ‘game streaming’ in general. Video game streaming is all about taking away your ownership of the games you play, and if it is well supported, more companies will embrace this cancer.

I want this really badly, but the scalpers will probably get to it first...

1.Every Final Fantasy Title is seporate from the others, only carrying similar themes if the Number in the title is different. (For Exsample: FF VII (7) and FF IX (9) are unrelated story wise.)

2. If the game has the same starting number, but a seporate Follow up Number, it is a sequil. (For Exsample: FF X (10) and FF X-2 are two different games, but FF X-2 is a sequil to FF X )

3. FF VII is in the process for getting an HD Remake, but for all we know it is years away and might even be Playstation Exclusive

4. FF VII (7) Zodiac Age doesn't exsist. Zodiac Age is the re-release of FF XII (12), the full title being FF XII Zodiac age.

I really want this to sell well in America so that Square Enix can see that Switch owners in the West want Final Fantsy on their switch, even then, I believe that I am going to have to import the Japanese version.

While it's sad that the game is getting deleyed, I think it is actually good. This shows that Nintendo actually cares about the quality of their products, unlike alot of companies. (Like seriously, I don't want metroid prime four to launch like bethesda launched fall out 76) It is also great that Retro-Studios is going to make the game, so in the end as sad as it may be now, it is honestly for the best.

I agree with most of the results, but I personly felt that Octopath should have won the best Music. RDR2's music was kind of generic backround music, while the Octopath soundtrack left a genuine inpact on me.

I wasn't going to buy lets go... and then I did... and I am absolutly loving it. While I do hope that the 2019 pokemon RPG goes back to classic catching and includes the ability to catch every Pokemon (not just generation one) lets go is still great. The game was able to shine through despite the go style catching and I can't wait to see what they will do with the enhanced power of the switch in future games.

I thought thease were already on the e-shop...

I'm just... why? I am really disapointed with both of these. I am a long time fan of pokemon and I am a person who loves most of the series designs, especialy Gen5, But this is just disapointing. Let's just hope that that gen 8 is better than this...

This is what I've always wanted from Nintendo?

I hope it is good, but video game movies hardly are. On top of this, monster hunter isn't really about story so writing a movie might be a bit challenging.

Sure, it is an 'easy entry point', but so was every game before it! The more I hear about this the more I am disappointed. I am a long time Pokemon fan, and Pokemon in my opinion, was already the right mix of casual and competitive. Everything has been dumbed down to the point that it is completely uninteresting to me. Hopefully the 2018 games are not such a disappointment.

I Doubt it will happen but I still really want the Guardians of the Galaxy game to come to switch.

Seeing that they hired even more people, they are probably working on another project on top of this new RPG. Maybe we will be lucky enough to get a Xenoblade Chronicles X port on top of this new RPG. Really interested to hear more about the New game they are making.

I know that it was probably canceled as well, but I am still really hoping for TT Guardians of the Galaxy to make it to Switch like they announced it would be.

These are all kind of meh in my opinion. Might go for the pro controller, but I don't know

I just finished the dlc and dang... I had played the original but that ending really got me...

@patbacknitro18 I know right, that game's roster is so small and limited that it drives me insane, like what about classic heroes, or non-Lord characters?

Probably a prank be someone in the staff, I am really trying to think how this could have happened unintentionally, so probably a prank.

This just adds to the disappointment of these games, and this is coming from someone who likes a lot of unpopular Pokemon. The design is horrible. In my opinion, it's just another reason to skip on these sad excuses for Pokemon games. Hopefully the 2019 games aren't as disappointing.

I am a huge Final Fantasy fan, and his music really is a big part of the series. Hope he is able to get well soon.

This game is Fantastic. I have been playing it since it came out with the expansion pass and it is amazing. Best dlc I have seen in a very long time.

I am so ready

I am absolutely loving Torna right now and can't wait to see what Monolith Soft does in the future. (Really hoping for a Xenoblade Chronicles X Switch port)

This is pretty interesting, but I personally want a game boy classic.

@thesilverbrick I completely agree, I am a big Pokemon fan but I am skipping on these lets go games. Fingers crossed for an amazing Gen 8 in 2019.

@DarthFoxMcCloud I hate to break it to you, but Splatoon 2 doesn't save to a server. If you break or lose your switch you will just have to start over. This was proven by people who tried to play the game on a different switch with the same account having to start over.

As a huge Final Fantasy fan, I am happy to have this on the switch. While it is a downgraded version of the made game, it still is extremely faithful to the original. The story is still in tact and the combat is almost identical to the original. The game is also fully voice acted, so I think it is pretty good for a de-make of the original game. (The art style of the game actually reminds me of the 3d remake of final fantasy IV so that actually gives me some nostalgia) I know that the original would be great on the switch, but I am just happy to be able to play Final Fantasy portable on the switch at all.

Cool, Nintendo Direct on my b-day. Really hoping for something final fantasy but we shall see.

I absolutely hate the idea of this. While I think it would be cool to have this game on switch, I don’t think this is the way to do it. What happens when the “service” goes offline? You lose everything. I hope this fails really badly so that CapCom doesn’t think of doing something as horrible as this ever again.

The number one thing I was hoping for in the direct was news on the new Fire Emblem. Oh well guess we'll just have to wait and hope for news a E3

I can't wait to get the game, it looks fantastic!

I think this game looks good, I am a huge fan of Grid-Turn based combat so I might have to give this a try
