Cool, either this or a previous update fixed a bug I was having where I couldn't get the last heart container. I now have 16 hearts, yay.

Had some mild fun playing single player earlier. Tried online and it was an unplayable mess of 2fps lag, as is the case with most Switch games online unfortunately.

I see this ugly thing advertised on Facebook, accompanied by broken-English captions and incorrect facts about which species Tom Nook is. Very disappointed to see this sort of tat being featured here tbh.

Saw it on the eShop, noticed "Ratalaika Games", instantly knew to avoid it.

@AtlanteanMan The reason you're seeing Japanese news is because you have a Japanese account on your Switch. There's no way to stop getting Japanese news other than removing the account and waiting for new news to overwrite it.

I personally use my one UK user/account, and change the region to Japan or wherever on the Nintendo Account website, then I get what I want off of the eShop, and change it back to UK. This way, viewing my download list on my UK account on the UK eShop still allows me to see and redownload anything purchased from other regions.

I also unsubscribe from every news channel before starting this process, to avoid getting spammed with Japanese news.

I think something is wrong with my copy. I have the physical gold edition and the expansion pass redeemed, but none of the biker gear (Samurai, American football outfit, etc) it says I get is anywhere in the game.

Crypt of the Necrodancer for less than £4!

Will there be a review of V-Rally 4? My physical copy arrived today (which I forgot I had preordered), and I don't wanna open it in case it's crap.

The Wii version was a guilty pleasure of mine, so I picked this up. I like creepy carnival themes. I was disappointed that you can't walk around the Carnival anymore, and instead just select a game from a menu. Pretty much all of the games just play/feel/control exactly the same, and are pretty much 'one and done' type affairs. I strongly disagree with this review score. 5/10 max.

Great selection of screenshots. One of the pause menu, one of the settings menu, one of the title screen. There are more ads on the page than actual screens of the game.

Great game. The story cutscenes look like ass in handheld mode though. Unsure if that's due to compression or a sub-HD resolution though.

"What isn't clear is whether or not your cloud saves will work on another Nintendo Switch console. For example, could you feasibly sign on to your Nintendo Account while using a friend's Switch and carry on your Zelda save from it? We hope so, but Nintendo hasn't made that clear yet".

Seems pretty clear to me.

Can't justify £20 when it's regularly been £4.99 on PS4. If it was physical, I probably would buy it, but Telltale never bothered answering me on Facebook as to whether or not it's getting a physical release.

I have two copies of this myself.

The game is fun, with no microtransactions, but the load times are LONG.

Hope they can patch it to vastly reduce them, especially as they're so frequent.

Can you play it vertically in handheld mode with the Joy-Con still attached, and the controls working correctly?

Pinball FX 3 lets you do this, but the analogue stick doesn't take the change in orientation into account when on menus, so pressing left moves up, pressing down moves left, etc.

They're a great developer. Can't wait to insta-download this game, I would have even without the demo.

Hoping they'll release a port or sequel to the fantastic DSiWare game 3D Space Tank (X-Scape) on Switch.

So hyped for Runner 3. I'd much rather have a physical version but as it's Nicalis I guess that won't be happening here, at least not yet. Guess I'll have to get it digitally twice, once for me and once for the girlfriend.

Could you amend the article and/or find out why it's listed but not available on the eShop?

No physical release sucks, no pre-load sucks even more. On top of those, apparently the load times in both games are terrible so I'll be skipping them.

I bet it won't support it with a Joy-Con attached though, just like Namco Museum.

The Switch is perfectly usable in Tate mode with a Joy-Con attached, and tabletop mode doesn't really appeal to me.

They're bound to show that new Kirby 'multiplayer action title' for 3DS as well. Everyone seems to forget that one (understandably).

@thesilverbrick The Direct where SNES games were revealed for New 3DS was accurately leaked a day before.

I honestly believe they've abandoned VC as we know it. I would LOVE to be proven wrong however.

Really hoping that 'leak' for the Direct that's floating around is fake or incomplete.

Great game.

Finished the main game today. Had 6 crashes on the final boss which kicked me back to the home menu. Seemed to be multiple enemies getting burned at once that was causing it.

I'm a lot more likely to buy it now, that was nice of them indeed.

Been enjoying Mario + Rabbids since last week.

Lol at that Gunvolt combo price. Pretty sure I got one of them on 3DS for like a fiver.

Mutant Mudds: Chicken looks cool but with the high price I'll wait for some reviews, especially as I'm not that fussed about creating levels.

Nice to see a Switch eShop review that isn't a week or two after the game releases.

Is the bottom screen always just plain black as the eShop screenshots suggest?

I've seen people on Nintendo Facebook groups who think you need a phone and the app just to even play Splatoon 2 online.

Feels like a demo and in my experience online is unplayable. Worst game I've bought in a while.

I use the 3D 100% of the time and it still impresses to this day, seeing as you asked in the video.

Also, I'm sure you just meant in terms of save data for physical games, but I strongly disagree that 4GB is enough for a 3DS/2DS. It's fine if you're just starting out though I guess.

Anyway, can't wait to get one.

One of the best games I played on PS4 last year. Found out about it by accident and was intrigued, ended up absolutely loving it. I highly recommend it if you play an instrument (or want to), and/or you like awesome dark hardcore rhythm games.

Gonna be double dipping and supporting this Switch release on launch day. I bet HD rumble will be amazing on it.

Can't wait! Huge fan of the Hotel Dusk and Another Code series'.

Color Splash and Star Rush physically, plus the Chase discount. Can't wait for that game, Hotel Dusk is one of my favourite games of all time.

Instant buy for me. Reasons:

1. The first game was great and the preview of this was also great.
2. Releasing in Europe same day as NA. Rare for Renegade Kid.
3. Renegade Kid does what Nintendon't (Cross-buy).
4. Launch loyalty discount.
5. It's out on my birthday.

Smart business decisions like this need supporting. Thanks Renegade Kid.
