Still an unfair thing to do, and ruins people's experience. The game is not even released yet, so it's not only the user's fault, it's also the retailer that gave him the copy way too early. This is similar to the Switch leak that was actually stolen.

No, the adapter was only made for Smash Wii U. The Mayflash adapter can be used on PC to play some PC games or emulators.

Neither am I. The Pokken controller is really limited. Having the GameCube controller functioning like a Pokken controller is a major turn off for me.

Updating the adapter will make the controller to function like a Pokken controller, not entirely useful for most games.

Mine is not working at all. I did it all, connected it to all USB ports, used different controllers, tested on all ports, tried on PC and Wii U modes, restarted my Switch and nothing. Am I missing something?

Sony has the power to expand the market. Nintendo has a monopoly at the moment. Competition is good, so seeing Sony there really made things refreshing. The PSP was am amazing alternative or even a replacement to the DS since it offered something different than what the DS offered. Since they're not good at it, they've dropped out of the handheld market.

Smartphones aren't well known for quality games on it. Yeah, there's some good games on the thing, but by looking at the top 10 apps and games on both App Store and Google Play, they're all free to play games. People don't want core games similar to a home console or even a handheld. Besides, PS4 sales are also around 60 million units, still under the PS3 and way below PS2 sales. Does that mean PCs are the main cause of that "low sales"?

Nobody is talking about the Power A wired controllers.

Not really. Smartphones may be growing in popularity, but I wouldn't say it hurts the handheld market. Besides, every Nintendo handheld sold better than the previous one until the 3DS. The Switch is already set in motion to outsell the DS. The handheld market is still there, just need to make careful decisions and make people happy. Sony did the complete opposite and blames the smartphone boom.

Their excuse is just baffling. Smartphones are not the main reason why Vita failed. It's THEIR fault. Vita had a ton of potential, but was mistreated and poorly executed.

Using smartphones as an excuse is just pathetic. The same could be said for the 3DS and look how successful the thing is.

Yes, the Rating Pending logo is the exact one used from 2000-2003. The RP rating was introduced in 2000. The cancelled Star Fox game on Virtual Boy is obviously from the mid 90s.

The first ever main Pokemon game on a home console? That's something to look forward for.

Physical games are more like passes to download the game. Defeats the entire purpose. This kind of practice on other systems is also terrible and making game preservation harder than ever.

In 10 or 20 years from now, PS4 or One emulators will be useless because games required downloaded data but the servers would be shut down by then, so the additional data cannot be downloaded thus making the game unplayable. I don't want the Switch to go the same way.

Believe it or not, it works. Why do you think the Wii branded SD cards sold well?

They may look cool, but it's not necessary. You can get the exact same thing for a lower price without the Nintendo brand on it.

But like others stated, maybe it's for those who are (still) clueless about SD cards and compatibility. So it's good to take advantage of people's lack of knowledge on technology.

Eh, 30fps is fine for a casual sports game.

The game is really underrated. People just expected it to be Prime 4 or something major. As the name implied, it's a spin-off and not a main entry game.

I'm so highly optimistic about the Switch! Switch is on its way to beat Wii U sales in less than a year! Still doubt it'll sell like the Wii.

I saw that when I was watching Cartoon Network with my younger brother. Really well made commercial.

Still, the game just looks bland and just another way to cash grab. I had high expectations for Sun and Moon, but it disappointment me. Wasn't as good as X and Y. I'll definitely pass on US and UM and just wait for the better Switch instalments. After all, they will be the first main entry game to be on a home console, so it deserves better expectations.

Well, at least the Smash controller app is free now. Sometimes I'll forget my Smash game and/or GameCube controller when going out to tourneys... But that's rare though since I always play Smash and bring a wired controller to a tournament...

The only game that I know allows for one handed play is Puyo Puyo Tetris. But it's nice to see people with disabilities can have a chance to play video games.

I enjoy doing achievements once in a while, but I'm not trying to unlock them all the time. Heck, even ignoring them completely helped me unlock achievements without trying.

At Games. Stay far away from them. Their consoles are so crap. Wireless controllers barely work, the cartridge slot can potentially damage cartridges, and the sound is just terrible.

To be fair on the criticism, no app is perfect on day 1. Luckily Nintendo has a feedback feature so there's something.

But for now, I'll just stick to Facebook Messenger.

There is a legitimate reason why Melee won't be at Evo Japan: Melee is pretty much dead in Japan. Everyone has already moved on to the next Smash game with the exception of few like Amsa for example.

You don't have to use the Japanese account to use the app. You can also use your American or European account by changing the region setting in the app. But that won't change the language unfortunately.
