Ok so, what they're doing is they're charging you $60 for an unfinished game, then charging another $30 for meh at best additional content, and now they're doing a thing where you have to spend more money on cards if you really want a single pokemon for your pokedex who looks like a poorly made fursuit, even though in a few years these games will be nowhere near as "big" as they are since there's just gonna be a new pokemon game that will have the spotlight, and repeat. Gotta love gamefreak

Considering that Mario 3d all stars happened, and the new PS5, Xbox, spiderman, demon souls, cyberpunk, and hyrule warriors is coming soon, all within about a month, I wouldn't be surprised for people not picking it up, at least not yet

I'm really glad game developers are doing stuff like this with making demos long before release to see what people like and don't like, and fix what needs fixing, like octopath or daemon x machina. Hope people do this more often, it can really help a game
