Assemble Entertainment and developer CrazyBunch have revealed that Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Dry Twice is headed to Nintendo Switch next spring.
Also arriving on other consoles, this new port follows a successful launch on Steam last month. Just like the first game, Wet Dreams Dry Twice follows 'iconic ladies man' Larry Laffer, this time on a search for his lost love, Faith. Naturally, it's just as cheeky as you'd expect:
"Hey ladies, it’s time to return to Larry-town! This may come as a surprise to some, but I am still going strong! That’s right, I’m a real stamina stallion! I left New Lost Wages, got stranded in Cancum, and had prepared to marry my only true love, Faith. But unforeseen events interruptedus and we’ve become separated again! She is somewhere in the famous, sunny, and huge Kalau’a archipelago and I have to find her. Help me! If I don’t find her soon, I think I may burst!
No obstacle will keep me away from my beloved, my Faith, not even the wild and untamed islands of Kalau’a. Those lovely island ladies can only distract me for so long as my heart’s compass only points in one direction - Faith! Care to set sail with me as a true pirate and become a real gold digger? Join my crew on this glorious quest — you may just end up soaked to the bone!"
Key Features Include:
●Explore the Kalaua’a archipelago with all its mysterious and magnificent islands — featuring over 50 beautifully hand-drawn locations
●Meet over 40 new and old companions from Wet Dreams Don’t Dry and chat up some fresh new feminine friends
●Help Larry solve difficult and exciting (and maybe a little erotic) new riddles and complete quests, providing him with a truly happy ending
The game will launch digitally on Switch in spring 2021, although no pricing has been confirmed at the time of writing. If you want to learn more about the series, make sure to check out our full review of the first game which launched on Switch last summer.

Didn't we have one before on Switch? I thought we had one that was from the EU?
I've never seen a game try so hard, but also miss the mark this much.
I'm sure there's an audience for this game.... somewhere. But I'm not sure who.
@Kimyonaakuma Considering the first game in the series came out in the late 1980's, I would say that audience has been well established!
Just what we wanted?
Not sure this type of game still works... they were fun (and fresh) in the early 90's.
It's kinda nice to already know what the winner for Game of the Year next year will be
Jeez, they still make these games? He must be firing blanks by now.
I heard the reboot is quite good tho if I would play it would be on ps4/ps5. These seem like games with easy platinum trophies.
That title had me trying to work out its meaning for a few moments.
I’m a bit slow in these things. Haha
I remember playing one of the earlier entries of this game back In the 90s as a kid and being shocked by some of the raunchy stuff. Me and my brother enjoyed the game though, but a lot of it probably went over our heads.
Hard pass today though, sorry Larry.
What is happening with news today?
This, some Video dating game, and topped off with some pervy game where you look up school girls skirts?
Loved the first one on Switch, decent reboot to a great classic series. Ah, such fond(le) memories of Lsl1-7. Glad this is coming to switch as well!
@Clammy As an adult with a family of my own, it's a tough journey here some days.
My name's Larry hehe Larry Laffer
Okay, I give up. I understand the puns in every city name except Kalau’a archipelago. Wheres the innuendo here? Am I missing something obvious, or did they just decide to stop making bad sex puns. Somehow I don't see the latter being the case.
Oh man....i always love to joke that LSL is my pick for Smash, just behind Purple Tentacle.
I played the original game as a kid, hiding the discs from my parents (who would never have known what LSL was anyway). Outside of the rapey aspect, still have fondness for the old slimey dude.
Is this an RPG? I want to be a Paladin with a 10D40 Sword. Hehe
I still need to play the reboot (played 1-7) but I will be getting this and the sequel on PC as it is a point and click game.
@Kimyonaakuma I'm said audience. I remember as a kid wanting to play his games so bad, but I was too young so couldn't buy them. Now I'm older, and so I'll get a chance to see what the fuss was about from back when. I just bought the first one they brought out on switch last week (or the week before) when it was on sale. Haven't gotten to play it yet because so many Halloween events in Animal Crossing, Rocket League, and Splatoon. But will definitely give it a go. If it makes me laugh, I'll buy the new one. I'm the guy that still laughs at the first American Pie movie. So I'm probably the market they're going for. haha
@Gwynbleidd Aha! Thats the missing puzzle piece. Many thanks. Now I dont feel as dumb
Oh please just let it die already.
@SwitchForce yes, Wet Dreams Don't Dry on the Switch. It was on sale last month when I picked it up. It's a great entry in the series full of fun especially for fans of the older games as there are many references and jokes for them
@Xylnox lol, no. It's a point and click puzzle adventure. ☺️
@SoIDecidedTo i had several laughs including a couple of meta jokes they had about obtuse puzzles. It's quite self aware. There's a fun 'don't sue us' joke too early on 😆
@jsty3105 I'll start playing tonight then, and let you know how it goes. Did you play Thimbleweed Park? I still think the old Maniac Mansion was better, but highly enjoyed it.
@SoIDecidedTo Didn't yet but on the strength of my experience with this Larry release, I'm open to similar games again. I never liked point and click games once the text parser was gone (though the SCUMM interface helped) because I felt they became pixel-hunting games.
This will be fun! Just played wet dreams don’t dry on Switch yesterday. I hope they let you actually use the d-pad in menus though. It seemed like the d-pad was still mapped to shortcuts used outside of menu screens. Maybe just me, but I really don’t care for navigating menu screens with a control stick... 😔
First time I saw this series on the shelf in a store, I thought it was a crude parody of another game, not a running series. Not my thing, but that's fine, a lot of things aren't my taste.
Hope fans of the series enjoy this entry.
...and it will costs 39.99 like the other one? Price it normally and I will consider
I played this a few times when I was a teenager and thought it was gross then and it looks just as gross now. He's basically an ugly old perv trying to get with beautiful girls so basically titillating 'sad computer game nerds that couldn't do it in the real world'. Frankly it's a stereotypical, mysogynistic insult and I cannot believe it's still going!!
@Gwynbleidd I just remember playing it in the 90s and thinking it was gross. Look at the original artwork for the older games or better yet play them and you'll know what I'm talking about. Maybe this new one is different. At least it's not Panty Party lol
Can’t wait for this , I’ve just finished wet dreams . I have to say the main thing that let that game down is that some of the puzzles are ridiculously obtuse, it was still a lot of fun though . Hopefully they can incorporate some kind of hints system in the next one
@Samwise7 STFU. You know nothing.. lol
