My dad getting me Gargoyles Quest for my birthday before we drove up to see my cousins in Tadcaster. It made a 4 hour journey seem like 5 minutes, what a game!

I’ve said it before and will say it again, there’s nothing wrong with a 10 hour playtime, a lot of us don’t have the luxury of sitting down and blasting through this over a couple of days and quite frankly I want to see a story wrapped up eventually.

All these people complaining the game isn’t long enough at 10 hours? Sorry but some of us don’t want an epic RPG which we’ll never finish, in fact I applaud games that wrap up their stories and allow you to complete the experience before it becomes repetitive as hell.

I actually agree with the score here, it has not aged well.

To be honest it’s becoming a bit of a joke now. It’s far too late even for SNES games, Nintendo should be moving onto N64 and GC by now.

I had a strange love of Bubsy on the SNES despite it kind of being a buggy mess, couldn’t stop playing it!

I really didn’t enjoy hollow knight but I only got a few hours into it. I’ll give it another chance but I really didn’t see the big deal with it. Stardew Valley is amazing though, can’t stop playing it!

It is actually more comfortable to have the buttons at the top of the controller I never understood why they put them so low.

Startropics is an absolute cracker of a game. To be honest it doesn’t get much better than that so we may as well move on to SNES and N64 now 😁

Good grief do Sega not want to step in here? One of their biggest ips has been designed to look like a character from Sesame Street.

I know the Collection technically has much better value but honestly the emulation is poor, input lag is everywhere (Sonic The Hedgehog is borderline unplayable) and the scanline filter is atrocious, stick to the Sega Ages titles which treat the games with the respect they deserve!

I honestly think in years to come this will be looked back as fondly as the SNES and mega drive. Here’s to many more years of great games, cheers! 👍

I’d never played this until I got the mega drive collection and I honestly cannot see how it became so popular, apart from awesome 90s aesthetics it’s absolutely rubbish.
