Re: Square Enix Survey Asks About Team Asano's Future Games

It's a throw back to classic RPGs that require grinding. Obviously not for everyone, but I loved the story, characters and story book aesthetics. And with a little grinding and prepping, you can take down most any bosses. Just gotta figure out the right hat.combo and level it all up

Re: Feature: 6 Things We'd Love To See In Metroid Prime 4

They made a game for you, it's called Other M. And you can see how that was received, compared to how the Prime games were.

I want a return to form, I personally loved the elemental weapons. Ice, fire and lightning? Dang that's a sick setup. New visors, classic weapons and maybe a way to combine them like in Super. Speedy ice shots when combined with power beam, or steady stream of freezing when combined with plasma.

For visors I'd love to see a TechnoMancer visor, where you can "hack" into enemy units and control them for short periods of time. I'd also love to see thermal, echo and maybe a black light style visors.

Suits, I'd really like to start with varia (power suit in Prime looks like junk), get gravity quickly, and then from there power it up like in Dread. Maybe different ancient warring species have upgrades you can take from their ruins to mix and match. Gravity for jumps with speed of varia, or slow defensive suit with high jumps from Gravity suit

I can understand those gripes, but for me they're minor. I actually liked taking a break from exploring and dungeoneering to return to Skyloft and trade in my finds, upgrade my tools, search for uncovered chests. And then dive back in, another quest.

The sky section wasn't great, it needed more to flesh it out as the hub world, but it served it's purpose. And the land maps I did enjoy, they were like dungeons leading you to the main final dungeon of the area.

Re: Frustrated Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Players Are Reportedly Getting Refunds

I meant saying this is a "pathetic hack piece from Liam". He is writing an article with sited sources, not just making stuff up.

I think if an article is blatantly lying for clicks, they should be called out. And if a game is released in such a state that EVERY reviewer points out the issues, they should be called out.

But if an author is just writing an article about how some (he even points out that not all are able to) gamers are getting a refund, then where is the lie? What makes this a hack? Are we such fanboys here that we can't say anything negative about a Nintendo game? Cmon
