If you want first party physical Nintendo software especially such a niche one; you really have to buy at launch. There really isn't that long of a wait and see window. I know covid makes for a strange climate and doesn't excuse scalping but that's the way it is.

I love being digital on the Switch. And we are headed that way. If You resist; well You will have plenty of time to catch up on a physical backlog.
And reselling? A nice option but in 23 years of gaming I haven't ever traded in a game.
THAT SAID; I'll go physical for Sword and Shield. Can't wait to get those.

NL launched that summer and XY that October;
Id say we can expect summat similar this year; AC is mid to late summer post e3 and Pokemon Dec. Unless either get delayed
