"You must be a North Amercian resident to receive the winning prize."

Why the world is so cruel?

"You must be a North Amercian resident to receive the winning prize."
Why is that??

So not only do we not get the game yet, we don't get to enter the awesome competition either. Sucks to be us

Grab your torches and pitchforks, lads, we're storming NL Towers.

That wiimote is a serious piece of art. If I were to win it, i'd make sure it stayed in a case at all times, to keep it in pristine condition.

Iggy said:

I have 3 wii motes it would be nice to win so i could have 4.

EBK said:

The thought that people would think of using this work of art as a regular wiimote is baffling. Hope I win to further my Cave Story fandom.

KrazyKain said:

is mister traveller the main character.. did they seriously rename him to mr traveller?! well i guess there has to be ONE thing i dont like about the game...

YanV said:

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance! Thanks a lot, Nintendo Life!

To anyone in other territories, the Wii Remote was probably shipped to the U.S., so it'd cost a crap-ton to ship it anywhere else.
Also, Cave Story isn't out in other territories yet.

zonic505 said:

I wonder if the winner will display it, rather than use it or keep the rubber thing on so sweat doesn't smear the awesome art off.

EdEN said:

Well, if I win that Wiimote won't get any playtime AT ALL. That Wiimote would be set in a display case for all to see but none to touch. Sweat tends to screw up artwork...

MkidTrigun said:

I already have a set of 4 Wiimotes, so this would be put into a shadowbox and displayed up in my room if I were to win.

Good luck to those who enter!

MrPinguy said:

No he isn't called Mr. Traveler, it's just a (fan) nickname to avoid spoils about his real name. (Yes we're are talking about the main character.)

Corbs said:

He's called Mister Traveler in the online guide for the game.

Popyman said:

@Corbie: That still isn't his name, but a place holder one to avoid spoilers...His REAL name is found out by doing the stuff that opens up the way to the secret ending.

Corbs said:

Well I wasn't going to say that, but I thought the way I did it, by referring back to the PC original, given all the information around the net on it, that people could figure it out without me having to lay it all out.

Mexico, like Canada, is in North America. In theory, you should be eligible. (Though I don't know what, if any, international shipping NLife is willing to pay, and I'm guessing they have the prize somewhere in the continental USA).

JimLad said:

Damn, also clicked before the all too common "Must be an American" bombshell.
Which one of you asked the question on Yahoo Answers? Someone named Charlie, shame on you!

WiiLovePeace said:

WHAT!?!? This is an outrage! USA only? Why NL, why? BOO! This WiiMote looks sick! I would've loved to wrap my hands around this awesome piece of art. Damn you world... Damn... You! fades off into the distance

Bakajin said:

I'm gonna laugh so hard if I win this, cause I really don't care at all about it. I'd probably just put it up on EBay

Nabi said:

Heh, Good luck everyone who enters, here's to the lucky winner, though I hope it's me, Though I'll have to build a shrine for this beauty.

Adam016 said:

I still need to buy some Wii points so I can get this game.
Good luck everyone!

Supermegaman said:

Looks cool but i dont know the question...

Does not compute...

I am mortified that some people would actually use this controller. Please let me win so I can keep it safe.
