@GrailUK yep. but I've been getting punished on Danmaku so there are challenging new games out there. its the mainstream titles that have been dumb down n simplified in order to reach that wider audience

all the gameplay I've seen so far has looked stiff n awkward. could this be yet another epic kickstarter flop? I hope not.. (nice artwork regardless)

if it came with the original game as a bonus I would buy. just to hear the tune again. this was my first video game. the power n magic of nostalgia is strong. and this remake takes all that nostalgia n stomps it into the dirt

@Baart these games need an exhilarating soundtrack to go with the excitement on screen and thats something sine mora was lacking. and do we really need an epic war story trying to be told in between of stages?

currently playing through Danmaku n yep it's hypnotic n phenomenal. I found Steredenn to be a bore n had this frequent game breaking bug. Psyvariar is incoming along with R type & Darius not too far behind. shmup it up!

Sonic mania was great n all but nostalgia was a big selling force. some of the new stages just didn't flow that well and the bonus levels were a bit of a turd. I miss the master system games where you explored n collected rings other then just speed.

might buy one for my wife. will go well with the transparent night dress I bought her

finally got my copy of Danmaku in the post so will be all over that with my flipgrip. the game is incredible!

oh just cancel it. the game looks crap. even the original megadrive game was over rated (I loved it at time though-I was a kid n easily impressed)
