Re: Review: Mario + Rabbids Sparks Of Hope - Creativity Trumps Challenge In This Delightful, Divergent Sequel

I think the difficulty level is just fine. You can always make the game harder (don't use Sparks, skip most side quests until you're done with the story, play while holding the controller upside down if you have to), but you can't necessarily always make it easier. So I'm glad to see you can choose to become invincible, perhaps for only a mission or two that annoy you, and move on.

Re: Talking Point: Has Nintendo Done Enough To Justify Splatoon 3's Existence?

I realized today that Mario Kart 8 (the Wii U original) is older than even the first Splatoon game. And during MK8's lifespan we got three whole Splatoons. Yeah, no, I'm not buying the same experience for the third time. I don't care for minor tweaks. If Splatoon was a smartphone then everyone would advise you to wait at least 2–3 generations before buying a new version lol.

Re: Digimon Survive Is Getting Review Bombed On Metacritic

Whatever. I've played for 7–8 hours and so far I'm really enjoying the game. Haven't been in touch with Digimon since the early 2000s, so this is quite nostalgic for me. I guess this is what casual Pokémon enjoyers must feel when they try a Pokémon video game for the first time in two decades lol.

Re: Feature: 5 Accessibility Features That Every Game Should Have

@okeribok This! I love games that don't use saving as a gameplay mechanic. If I cannot save freely, I'm much more likely to abandon a game…

Examples of games/series with near perfect saving options: Pokémon, Ace Attorney, Zelda: BotW, Uncharted, anything with frequent auto-saving

Stinkers: New Super Mario Bros., Shin Megami Tensei V, older Dragon Quest games, Persona 5
