I once showed someone a picture of the super megason IV and they didn't know it was a bootleg ps1. It's amazing how many kids these days don't know enough about gaming history to see that it's clearly the same console. It seems no one remembers the ps1 anymore sadly.

Time to continue to play totally official n64 games on my totally official N64 that just so happens to look similar to a laptop for some reason.

Leakers are very reliable. Like the time they leaked that doomslayer, master chief, ryu hayabusa or geno would be in smash. Or when they correctly leaked that armored mewtwo would be in Pokemon sword and shield. Or when it was revealed that the switch pro would come out.

Theyre similar but unlike SAO .hack is a good series. Comparing .hack to that is just going to turn people off

@Ks123 gu series can be played alone easily. Theres some references you will only get if you played the first four games or watched the anime (sign and roots. Legend of twilight is a side story ova) but nothing that affects the plot.

@Devlind People have been trained to expect the lifespan of technology to be lower and lower. Nowadays if you have a phone that's more than three years old it's considered too old. Similarly, the switch is 4 years old now so many are ready to move on just for the sake up upgrading.

What about non shmup games? :/ Why do shmup games get their own page? Is this some kind of virtue signalling agenda?
