Alex has tried to match it up to the saying "Where there's a will, there's a way". Substituting "a way" with PVA, to make a pun.

But that's not the pun, it's a pun on murphies law - which is nothing to do with the concept of the game.

For me the Mexican theme seems tagged on as an after thought and the name Morphies Law is just a pun and nothing really to do with the game itself.

If only the entire thing gelled more.
