We might have been waiting for longer than we'd hoped, but Morphies Law is finally here on Switch, after a surprise announcement and subsequent release only hours later. We couldn't wait to get our hands on it, so we thought the best way to do that would be to document our first experiences with the game by grabbing all that goodness straight out of the HDMI cable and blithering over the top of it.
Check out the video above to see it all in action; the controls (especially the motion side of things) are absolutely spot on, the 60ish frames per second claim holds absolutely true, but there's certainly room for improvement on the netcode side of things. Let us know if you're tempted towards this totally realistic body-manipulation shooter in the comments below.

How much is this game?
If I wasn't struggling to get enough Splatoon in, I'd be well into this. Looks fun and I dig the Mexican theme.
For me the Mexican theme seems tagged on as an after thought and the name Morphies Law is just a pun and nothing really to do with the game itself.
If only the entire thing gelled more.
@panthro £15... Geez, just look on the eshop...
@panthro
Morphies Law is a pun but it is related to the game... you know, your character is morphing while shooting or being shot. And the Mexican theme might be yo give it some personality as well as adding to its wackiness.
Looks tempting. But don’t get around to play splatoon even. Though my son might like it.
I'm going to suggest waiting for reviews before buying it, personally I think it's atrocious.. like first day alphas of halflife mods are of higher quality. You'll find yourself randomly falling through walls, it's just wonky and bad all around, I really wanted it to be good but it's a complete train wreck.
Those puns... You're on fire today guys! I love it!
Waiting on an actual review. What I’ve seen so far looks promising.
@Misfit410 imo they should of had a beta.
@Alber-san

But that's not the pun, it's a pun on murphies law - which is nothing to do with the concept of the game.
@cfgk24
I'm confused is that too much for you?
@steventonysmith Lol, no, the price is very good!
I said jeez because some people are too lazy to look at the price themselves lol
Where’s the review, NL?
@panthro
Well duh. That's why the name is Morphies Law and not Murphy's Law, because it has nothing to do with the latter. The idea of the pun is to make a fun name for the game, not sure why you think it should have anything to do with Murphy's Law.
I was just checking out the video, and BUTTROCKET?! ....well that just made the game an instant no for me.
