Not surprising: they had the same attitude with the 3DS and the PS4. Better to be safe than sorry because they could always cancel a game early enough if the sales aren't there.

It ultimately depends on what you enjoy playing. As a PS4 owner, I can't say I've really enjoyed that many games, especially when compared to the PS3. I can only really say Uncharted 4, DriveClub, Dying Light and The Witcher 3 were worth playing.

@Spoony_Tech It's not really a tablet though, just a console with a screen. Also, given the fact that the screen will be hidden when it's docked, it doesn't really make sense to have a touch screen.

@Elanczewski They delayed Rayman Legends on Wii U to port it to other consoles, in the process destroying its sales. In fact, the Wii U version sold the most copies.

The big problem with cloud storage: cost. You only get cloud storage on PS4 or Xbone if you choose to pay (a ridiculous amount of money) for PS+ or Xbox Live. Nintendo would no doubt want to keep internet services free on the NX.

This doesn't really confirm anything either way. If anything, it leads more credence to the idea of an ecosystem, with multiple devices able to run the same games. That's not to say a hybrid can't exist, just that it wouldn't be the only device.

@Captain_Gonru I think they'd planned to release it next year but realised, financially, a Mario game for Christmas would make them more money than a Fire Emblem or Animal Crossing one.
